Property was clean and had all the amenities necessary. Loved that it was right on the water not far from anything. Only down fall was sharing one bathroom with everyone but it was manageable. Will definitely consider staying here again if we’re down that way.

Property interior clean but smelled like a fabreeze factory which lingered for 48 hours. Front porch had green mold on screens. Across the street had cars torn down for repair and parts all over. Lots of trash. View from front deck across canal had ski doo’s with gardens growing out of them looked like occupants.

As always we enjoyed our time in Weeki Wachee! This property is in a great location! It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the kayaks and sunshine! Lots of manatee and other wildlife. We did have an issue with the lock on the door but I am certain the owners are working on fixing it. Over all it was a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as listed. Very clean. Included a book full of useful information for your stay and check out. The kids loved the kayaks. They were able to see manatee. Very peaceful location.

Enjoyed our stay. The only crummy encounter was the lack of wifi or internet connection signal. I could not do any work!

Family trip for spring break; kids ages 9, 11, 13. We stayed 3 nights. Our gps had us arriving a few minutes after 3 pm (check-in listed as 4 pm). I messaged the owner and they had no problem with us checking in early. The kids ran right to the dock to start getting ready to head out on the water and saw 2 manatees swim by. The location was perfect for us. We brought 3 inflatable paddle boards and it was easy to supervise the kids from the dock as they went back and forth on the canal and looped around down where it meets up with the main body of water. The current is gentle and my 9 yr old son was able to manage his board comfortably. For the longer outings, my husband used the double kayak at the property so they could ride together. My 11 and 13 yr old daughters had no problems each paddling their own boards. We saw manatees everyday during our stay. The house was in a great location, quiet, laid back area. Several restaurants within just a couple of miles. The house was very clean, plenty of dishes, towels, sunscreen, bug spray were all available, as were games, books, crayons, coloring books. Having life jackets, kayaks, paddles available was wonderful. Lots of large trees there so expect pollen outside. I did a wipe down of patio tables and swept out all the leaves. We ate outside where there was seating for 5; (inside table has seating for 4). Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, and small dish soap, laundry detergent. We used the dishes and ran out of dish soap on our second day there. Also, there are washer and dryer, but there was no laundry detergent. One bathroom worked out fine for us- my girls and I all have long thick hair, so we staggered showers and hair washing so that we wouldn’t run out of hot water. Also of note- I did a couple loads of laundry and ran the loads on cold and tap cold, but it seems like the washer pulls from the water heater and ran both loads on hot… do not do laundry close to the time when you will need hot water for showering- one kid did end up with no hot water. The sleeping arrangements worked well for our family, but fyi, the middle bedroom is a pass-thru for the bunk room. You have to walk through it to get in and out of the bunk room. Middle of the night bathroom trip from the bunk room will mean walking through the middle bedroom. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here, fantastic location for enjoying weeki wachee, would definitely stay here again!

For the price it seemed to be a good value.

Had a very nice time at this property. Very close to the main attractions of weeki wachee such as the Upper Deck bar and Grill. Kayaks provided were very nice and made the whole trip even more fun.

The property was very well stocked and the location was beautiful right on the canal. Everyone agreed it was a wonderful vacation.

Our family really enjoyed this property! Relaxing and a short kayak trip up the river to see the manatees! Also one of the better equipped rentals we have stayed in!
