For just an overnight stay coming in on a late night flight, it served us well. Thanks!

No wash cloths, no hair dryer, no phone in the room... so I couldnt call down for assistance. Went down to front desk twice... nobody showed up. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The shower was filty. The coffee maker still had the previous guests used coffee pod in the machine.
Will never stay there again. Yuck!

The lady that checked me in was very nice, so this is no reflection of her.
The hotel is dated. It looks like they may be trying to update it. That being said, the matress in my room was new. So new that it was still in the plastic wrap which they put the sheets over. So it was crinkly and hot.
Cleanliness lacks as well.
It was convenient for an early morning flight . But i wont stay there again.

We checked at midnight because our plane was late. The sink drain did not work and our sink was full of toothpaste, etc. we were moved to another room within a half hour. The new room had a dog next door and it barked both at night and early in the morning. This was NOT a good stay for us.

Had called early in the morning day of check in to see if I could get an early check in at 1:00. Mgr said no problem it would be fine. Upon arrival room was not available as housekeeper called in and mgr was trying to help clean rooms. Came back at check in time of 3:00 and it was ready. Disappointed that pool was not available and I don’t think it had been for quite awhile. Lots of renovations going on but the best thing about this place was friendly staff and the hotel was extremely clean! With all the Reno going on I couldn’t believe how clean it was! Looked clean and smelled clean! They do pay great attention to cleanliness!

The rooms were dim and the lighting wasn't very good. The window screen was ripped and the shade attached was torn and looked terrible. The pool was not working and the hot tub was closed and cemented over so the pictures on the website are old. The breakfast was pathetic no fruit or yogurt. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

You get what you pay for, so if you get this place for $50-70/night, fine. It's not worth much more than that. Dirty rooms, lack of housekeeping, the "hot" breakfast was usually warmed up in the microwave and ended up being served cold anyway. There are better places to spend your hard earned money in the area.

I booked this hotel because it said it had a shuttle to the airport. But when we got there, it wasn’t running for the next two weeks. When we got to our room it smelled awful…really bad!! The TV didn’t work, so I picked up the phone to call the from desk, and the phone didn’t work. I went down to lobby and told them what my issues were. She left the room and supposedly called someone. She came back and said he would be up to fix it. This was about 6:00 pm and no one ever showed up.

We booked this hotel as they offer airport shuttle. Once we checked in they informed us that it is no longer available. We asked for a refund and were told that it was past the cancellation time for a full refund. When we asked at the front desk where would be a good place to get dinner the man said" I am not paid enough here there for I can not afford to eat out!"

The customer service was amazing, so this review rating is a reflection of the room and the condition of the hotel. You can tell this hotel has not been properly maintained for awhile, the room was underwhelming, under furnished, and didnt feel safe or clean. Parts of doors were missing, carpet tearing, older looking than it was. there were only a few people staying in the hotel, however, there were people coming and going all night.

Comfortable, good check-in. The hotel manager was a quite unprofessional and treated the shuttle driver and snow plow guy very poorly in front of us guests waiting for a ride to the airport. Other than that front-seat drama, good stay!

Room had poor lighting and seating. Breakfast juice machine and waffle machine were broken and no alternative offered. Very noisy and one couple had fighting early am

Tub showers need at least 1 grab bar. Our room had none. Bathroom was equipped with only 2 bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. One small section of wall next to the tub was missing a piece of tile. Shower head was not securely attached to the wall. Had to go to first floor to get ice. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to airport was really appreciated.

The staff was friendly, and the room was ok and clean enough. My main concern as a female traveling alone was that there only seemed to be males staying on the property. I understood after a few days that it was a construction crew that was working on renovations? You should know that this property is next to a "gentlemans club". Which might have explained a few of the things I witnessed. When I first arrived there were not many people in the parking lot while the lot across the street at other hotels was full. This seemed odd, but I checked in anyway. Staff was very friendly and while I was there they did have to deal with a few other unsavory characters including a man who was upset about TV remotes (like who cares... but the staff member was polite to him), and a gentleman at the desk the third morning who apparently missed check-in due to his flight and was really really ticked off that he could not still get his room. My main concern was instead some of the other activity at the hotel. It became apparent they might have been some sort of sting operation going on my first few days there due to the emptiness of the hotel and also... a particular lady (or 3) that showed up to the hotel to "see somebody" but the room they sent her too was under-construction. This room was across the hall from me- and she still went to it. Yup, the cops showed up, yes they asked questions, and yes, there was definitely something going on. I think this Doctor better find a new place

The GM was extremely nice and helpful but the hotel was not up to standards. The room I was given was not cleaned and had no bedsheets. The room next door had a barking dog and overall very loud in the hallways. I won't stay at LaQuinta again.

The property is under renovation. I think the room I stayed in hadn’t been cleaned since the building workers were in it.
I moved rooms 3 times until there was one clean enough that I’d stay. Still, I ended up cleaning the toilet and shower myself.
It was obvious that there was still work to be done in the room, like attaching closet door handles. The pool was closed. The breakfast was microwaved sausage and waffles only. My key card had to be reprogrammed daily. And staff and building workers were loud.

Took 3 tries to get a clean room and even it wasn't the cleanest I've seen. Since we were only staying a few hours (we had to leave by 4AM for the airport) it was fine. Don't know that I will book again. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and location to the airport was handy.

The place was very clean and nice. Check i was rocky because they had a trainee. And instead of helping him out. The other attendant checked in at least 5 walk ins behind me first before heloing get us in a room.

The front desk people were great they did their best with what they got. But our fridge in our room didn’t work so our food spoiled. We were told a pool is open and it wasn’t. The Beds were hard, and they didn’t have hardly anything for breakfast.

I had a reservation for Christmas Day and received an email that morning saying they canceled it due to problems. Tried numerous times to call all day and my calls were never answered.

The staff was nice. However, my room had no hot water. Pretty frustrating after a long day of traveling.
