Best thing about the property is the location, right on the cliffs above the eastern end of Boomer beach with an uninterrupted views of the ocean. Literally outside the front door was a walkway leading down to Boomer beach as well as a cliff top walk around to Horse shoe bay (10 minute walk). Master bedroom was good size but the second bedroom was a little on the small side. Bathroom had a spacious and modern shower. Second toilet & wash basin on the ground floor was handy. There is also a washing machine. Kitchenette is well stocked with all necessary cutlery / crockery / cooking utensils. Living / dining area is cozy & comfy.

The fat container for BBQ needs to be empty for guests - only just lasted for us. Oopps, meant to let the agent know! A table & bench on the front lawn would be nice.

Great location, great communicaton throughout & leading up to stay

It's more like how to improve than didn't like. It would be good to have a tv in main bedroom & also downsstairs in lounge have the tv on a swivel so you can see the tv on both couches and help with the glare. It would have been nice to have enough toilet paper & rubish bags for stay like other places do but know this will pack for next time not a deal breaker

No breakfast was provided. The location is lovely - everything is within walking distance and it is delightful to listen to the surf on the beach while falling asleep. The owners are really responsive to any requests and any problems are very quickly resolved.

The cleaning products were full of chemicals with really strong fragrances. i had to keep all of the doors and windows open all of the time to try to dissipate the overpowering smells.

Spectacular views. Coastal walks 10 meters from the front door. Excellent heating for winter.

The sound of waves crashing from the comfort of an awesome property drinking a glass of red from the complimentary bottle of wine . . . SO RELAXING! The unit was spacious and clean, walking distance to cafes and restaurants. The owners communicated regularly to ensure all was well and to see if we needed anything.

Sad to leave tranquil Port Elliot where one's wellbeing is uplifted! Will definitely return!

A quiet winter break. All we could hear was the wind and the waves breaking on the rocks below the apartment.
