Clean safe and good value for money

Very warm with heater on - but 23 too hot on arrival - set to 18-19 and was fine. Very secure building with code to enter building and room. Good location but I had a car to drive to Niseko to ski every day. Was very lucky the hotel was quiet for my stay and I parked out from afternoon to early morning. Two good Italian/Japanese restaurants in walking distance and supermarkets not far away.

Subway long walk if you want to use public transport. Cooking facilities very limited with kettle, frying pan, small saucepan, one spatula, two large knives, limited plate and forks and spoons only. No toaster

整體下來還是很乾淨舒服的

第一天入住，終於chack in 好後給了我們一組房間密碼，把密碼拍下來後，到房間門口打上密碼竟然是錯誤的，又打去給客服詢問房間密碼，然後房間的電磁爐竟然是壞掉的！結果在日本超市買的食材無法煮，第五天的時候客廳電燈開了不會亮！只能說……很克難

立地良し！便利！また泊まりたい！！

最寄り駅から徒歩10分と近く、観光の拠点に便利でした。すすきのまではタクシーで10分くらいで行けるので、出張やビジネス利用にもおすすめです。コンビニも徒歩5分くらいで滞在中は何かと便利でした。部屋もちろんですが、建物が全体的に綺麗で、清潔感があり快適に滞在することができました。また札幌に来る時は利用したいと思います。

Superb

Homey feeling, the washing machine, and the kitchen. Its near the JR Sapporo Station, around 1300 yen by Taxi and near the Nishi nijuhatchome subway station.

Tidy and clean place to stay, great assistance from the management and staff.

it is clean and tidy, however the space is a bit too tight for 3 persons. We are very lucky to have a parking space on site.

Hardly any space for the 3rd person we booked.

Good place for family gathering at Sapporo.

The property is well equipped and sufficient for our stay for 3 nights. The host is friendly too.

Parking is slightly challenging as the thick snow has built up along the street outside the property, but this is a good experience for us.

It was good while it lasted

Clean and easily accessible by local transportation and was able to squeeze 5 guests as stated. Most amenities were provided. Host was reachable during our stay.

Unfortunately there was a miscommunication on the hosts’ end about our accommodation fee that soured our experience. A month prior to arrival I contacted the host of a change to the number of people and requested extra bedding and asked if there was a fee. In both, English and Japanese, messages were exchanged confirming that the change was of no issue and no explicit fee. Each members of the group submitted check-in information required well in advanced. Not once was I contacted on the hosts’ end leading up to my arrival that there was to be an additional fee. Upon arrival, the requested additional bedding and toiletries were missing, it was quickly resolved when I called. On the last night of our stay was when we were informed that we were to pay a fee for the change of number of people. This conflict has been resolved however as guests, we have done our due diligence and this incident should not have occurred.

Can be improved

free parking is useful specially because you will need the car to drive around Hokkaido / Sapporo. self check-in is easy to find the key by yourself

communication can be difficult, before and during the stay, some parts where not cleaned properly, the facility cleaned again (we appreciate that)

Overall we have a good day staying there.

Check in and check out is fast & easy. Very clear instructions from the owner. The room is small but with full facilities.

Not so near to subway station.
