Great kitchen for entertaining and cooking, plus outdoor firepit and BBQ for roasting and toasting. Quiet connected office with stand up desk, printer, mesh wi-fi and hardwired LAN. Guests have access to the roads, trails and beaches of the private preserve. This means incredibly hiking, biking, running, swimming, boating, and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, all right from your door. Includes watercraft ( 2 funyaks, canoe, 2 SUPs and 2 small kayaks) accessible on a storage rack near the dock. The lower level of the garage and the boathouse are not included.
