Welcome to our tastefully decorated, spacious Victorian home - one of Bendigo's finest! We have four bedrooms - one with an ensuite - a large dining room / entertaining area perfect for enjoying a home cooked meal or perhaps a competitive game of Uno. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and the cosiest living room with a large smart TV connected to standard cable and many streaming services. High speed 100mbps internet makes working from "home" a breeze. Our renovated, light oak wood flooring and high ceilings home is the perfect home away from home. Located in one of Victoria's most famous Country towns. We are very well located and are in close proximity to most of Bendigo center. A small 10 minute walk will get you to the Bendigo Marketplace and a 20 minute walk will get you into the heart of the city. Alternatively we have plenty of private parking and you'll be in the city center in just 4 minutes by car. We are also a 3 minute drive to/from the local Bendigo train station, or a 10 minute walk. Bedroom 01 The primary bedroom features a queen bed, built-in robes, a 42” Smart TV, a split system for heating and cooling as well as a complete ensuite. Bedroom 02 The second bedroom features a double bed, clothes hanger, 42” Smart TV and a portable heater and fan. Bedroom 03 The third bedroom features a queen bed, clothes hanger and a record display. Bedroom 04 The fourth room is primarily intended for those with kids or larger families. It features a queen bed and a king single bunk, which is larger than a standard single and suitable for adults. We value our guests health and safety and to ensure this the house is professionally cleaned after each booking. —— Pay for what you will use; About our pricing structure. We charge a base rate for two people per bedroom. This approach allows us to offer more affordable accommodations to solo travelers or couples who only require one bedroom but still desire the experience of renting an entire house. The use of each additional bedroom incurs an extra $60 fee to cover additional costs for cleaning, utilities, supplies etc. Our pricing structure ensures that guests only pay for the amenities they require and desire. Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked. If our cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred.
