The cozy, two-story interior comes well-appointed for family-friendly comfort. Spark gourmet meal inspiration in the stainless steel kitchen, equipped with a full suite of major appliances, including a five-burner stove and Wolf-brand hood, a deep-basin sink, and a dishwasher. Deluxe countertop accessories include a Ninja-brand blender and a soda stream. The living area sets the stage for family movies or game nights with a smart TV, fireplace, comfortable seating, and classic card games provided. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. The owner’s boat is at the dock in season and inaccessible. No motorized watercraft is allowed at the dock overnight. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: At the deck pointing outward and at the carport facing out. Dock details: Private dock is waterfront on Lake George. Dock to be used for canoes, paddle boards or swimming only. No mooring, docking or use of boats. There is an inflatable raft that can also be launched here. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
