空港敷地内にあり、前泊に最高。 設備が最新で、使いやすいです。 照明は明るい割に優しい感じ。 ベッドの横の時計はワイヤレス充電器になっていて、便利。 私は早朝のフライトなので、食事を摂る時間がなくて、なんとなくダイニングを通る時にスタッフに言ったら、何種類のパンとヨーグルトのパッケージをくれました。

The hotel location is very convenient being 2 minutes walk from T4. The staff is amazing and very helpful specially Fancy from the front desk who always smile. Highly recommended if you’re flying from and to Hangzhou.

1) Не смогли сразу оплатить картой. У персонала возникли проблемы с терминалом и пришлось тратить время и идти обменивать деньги. Позже выяснилось, что оплатить все же можно, ошибка была в действиях персонала. 2) По какой-то причине в стоимость 2-местного номера включен только один завтрак. За второго человека пришлось доплачивать. К тому же утром перед завтраком еще и пришлось объяснять сотруднику, что вчера завтрак за второго человека был оплачен. Все это создает неприятные впечатления! 3) Завтрак хороший, НО вся еда была холодной (речь о той еде, что подразумевает быть горячей) 4) В двухместном номере был подготовлен только один халат.

아침 이른 시간 비행 일정이라, 큰 고민의 여지 없이 잡은 숙소였습니다. 관광 목적이라면 시내와 거리가 있어서 단점일 수 있겠지만, 출장, 또는 저처럼 비행 일정상 공항 가는 교통편이 안 좋은 분들께 강력 추천드립니다. 저는 객실과 헬스장만 이용했는데, 언제 지은 호텔인지는 몰라도 객실과 헬스 시설 모두 신축 느낌이 나서 굉장히 쾌적하게 느껴졌습니다. 공항까지는 걸어서 1분도 안 걸리니, 제 개인적인 가장 만족스러운 부분이었습니다. 직원 응대는 프론트에서만 만나긴 했지만, 대체로 친절한 편이었습니다.

great facility and I love the linens here, super puffy and comfortable. had a wonderful night here. the staff here is wonderful as well. Especially Becky(Lijing Sun), it’s such a treasure for the hotel to have her. she is considerate and always helpful.

Perfect if your flight out of Hangzhou is from the new terminal 4. It is literally a few minutes walk to the terminal 4 entrance and either a lift or escalator to the 4th floor for both domestic and international departures. Room was large, clean and above all quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful.

My only disappointment was breakfast is charged when you book and in my case, I left the hotel at 5am and breakfast starts at 6am.
