Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine. -Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc. -The home is located in a heavily wooded area and while it does have regular pest treatments in place, due to the environment, you may see pests during your stay inside and outside the home.
