Welcome to our Crystal River Waterfront Pool Home! This Beautiful newly remodeled home is the perfect Vacation Get-Away. This concrete block 3 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 8, (additional fee after 6 guests). The open floor plan makes it nice to visit with family/friends easily. The kitchen has a huge breakfast bar with granite counters and seats at least 6 people, includes most appliances, dishes, glassware, silverware, and loads of storage. We have included many amenities to make your stay as comfortable & convenient as possible. Free Wifi is included, and large flat screen smart TV. If you have a boat, there is a boat ramp just down the street at "Crystal River Water Sports" (they also offer Manatee viewing tours) you can launch it there & keep it stored at the river house, on the floating dock, during your stay. Also there is room to park your boat trailer in driveway. Enjoy this home all year round offering the screened in Pool ( heated option November-April for an additional fee) Therapeutic Hot Tub w/LED lights, bluetooth to play your favorite music on the quality stereo system, Firepit and covered outside grill. Property is fully fenced & gated with locks. Property is surrounded by a few State Parks offering hiking trails. Downtown Crystal River is just a few miles away offering unique shopping. Kings Bay offers waterfront restaurants, so after a day on the water, travel to a restaurant, enjoy your favorite meal & cocktail while watching the sunset! Adventure Awaits ~ Crystal River is the Manatee Capital of the world, so don't miss an opportunity to swim/snorkel with these gentle giants. Excellent fishing for Trout, Redfish, Grouper, Tarpon & Snook! Motor down the Indian River through State Parks & enjoy views of Old Florida. Just a short boat ride to Crystal River leading to the Gulf for your fishing or boating pleasure! This home has video security cameras in the front of the home and the dock area.14 night maximum stay. Kayaks included & Bikes too! Note: We do not heat the pool during the summer time from may- September. There is an additional fee of $35 per night to heat the pool

Our family of 6 gathered in Crystal River to celebrate Christmas a few days late and to paddle board and swim with the manatee. Great location for both. We SUP'
ed the Rainbow River and Wicki Wachee and snorkeled 3 sisters and Kings Springs. We saw hundreds of manatees during our stay.

This home was beautiful, great location for everything. Boat ramp close to home and easy docking. The owners answered all of questions and went out of their way to make sure everything was what we expected.

Great house in quiet location, very clean, even more kayaks and bicyles than depicted. We enjoyed direct access to the channel with turtles, fish and - on one day a dolphin passing by. Thank you for having us!

We had such a wonderful stay. We have been to Crystal River many times and this is now one of our favorites. The pool was amazing, the house was beautiful, and the dock was perfect. We caught crabs right off the dock after scalloping. We look forward to coming back. The Owners were so nice and responsive. Amazing Stay!!!

This property was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. We have been to many rental houses and this was by far the most well stocked house we have ever seen. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off after a day in the sun. We brought our 16ft boat which did very well tied up to the floating dock. Floating dock was in great condition. Fran was so helpful and prompt to respond every time. We had an amazing time in Crystal River and plan to book again in the future.

Stayed for a few days to go scalloping. Owners were very helpful with recommendations and access to the rental.
House is very clean and all supplies needed are there. Beds comfortable. Pool very clean. Grill excellent working order. Friendly neighbors. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
Easy access to waterway that led to ocean. Other places we’ve stayed have a much longer trek to the ocean. Also gas station on water very close. No bridges or low overpasses to interfere with Bimini.
Easy to put boat in water. Ramp just down the street. $15 fee.
Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the house for scalloping. The house was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect for bringing the boat and going out to the gulf. We will be staying here again.

This is our 4th house we’ve rented in same area and by far the best one yet! We will definitely be back! Great house, great location and great hosts with great communication.

Fantastic modern home with all the amenities you need for a vacation. House was recently renovated and has modem appliances and features.
Home is clean, well apportioned and comfortable.
Pool and hot tub are nice additions and kayaks are nice to get around.
Fran was helpful in a couple of questions we had and is an excellent host.
Nicest home we have stayed in in Florida.

Our daughter wanted to swim with manatees for her senior trip. We didn’t know if we would have any luck with seeing them during the summer months, but we had an amazing trip seeing and swimming with manatees as well as visiting the state parks for adventures. The home was perfect, very clean and all the little extras you don’t even think of were provided. We loved the pool, hot tub, and fishing off the dock! The owners communicated so well with us, actually best VRBO stay we’ve ever had.

The house is super clean!! Everything was perfect! Even the furniture we were trying to research the brands because they were so comfortable! Pool has no heater but we all got in by the end of the week. Hot tub was amazing!

We had an amazing time visiting Crystal River. We did all kinds of activities such as, biking, fishing, kayaking, and swimming with the Manatees. The house was amazing. We have stayed at a bunch of VRBO properties along the gulf coast and this one was the best so far. It is fully stocked with everything you need, and the pictures don’t do it justice. The owner were amazing as well. Fran was quick with a response any time I have a question or concerns. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We will definitely be back! We come to Crystal river multiple times a year and this is the best place we have stayed. The owners were great with communication. They even took a picture of the bridge in the canal for us to make sure our boat tower would fit. If you have a tower ours fit no problem, without bending it down.
The house is spotless! That house cleaner needs a raise! Lol I hope guest keep it this way. We had everything we could ever need in the kitchen and bathroom. The kids loved the kayaks and the hot tub was perfect for the cool nights! Wish we could have brought our pup but I get it from an owners stand point.

We had an amazing vacation at this property. It is beautifully decorated and everything is new. Kitchen is a dream. Perfect location - we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool; did lots of biking, golfing and kayaking. Highlight was swimming with the manatees.

Absolutely loved this property... home was newly renovated and everything was brand new, beautifully decorated and in a fabulous location! Highly recommend for a girls weekend or the entire family. The hot tub, pool & fire pit were an added bonus and looked exactly like the photos provided. Would definitely stay again next time we visit this area! This was a great house to stay in for our family. It was right on the river which allowed us to kayak and spend time outdoors. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Crystal River.

This year we decided to be a little bit untraditional by planning a unique family vacation. The kids really wanted to swim with oodles of manatees and explore crystal river. We had two six year olds, an eight year old and three adults. The house was comfortable and safe for our family. They really thought of everything to help make it as comfortable as possible. It was a great experience in and out of the house.

Exactly as pictured and described. The place was in perfect condition and was very spacious. it has a lot of extra supplies for the stay. all kitchen appliances are new, kids enjoyed the pool. Owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend, and would definitely rent from them again. We were a family of 7
