Nestled in Holualoa, this attractive condo for $405 per night is a great choice for your next break. Absolute ocean front condo in lush green grounds of Kona Sea Village with oceanside pool & hot tub. From the private lanai catch sight of migrating Whales, watch for Dolphins and beautiful sunsets. Condo is equipped with everything including wifi, a well-stocked kitchen, extra toiletries, full-sized washer and dryer, cable television, and beach gear. Unit can comfortably host 6 guests with 2 Bedrooms & 2 Baths SLEEPING: In the Primary Bedroom you will find a Cal King-sized bed, ceiling fan, mirrored closet doors and a connecting bathroom with a walk-in glass block shower and granite counter top. The Second Bedroom has Twin Beds, a ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors; and the Second Bathroom is equipped with a stall shower and has a granite counter top. In the Living Room is a Queen sized convertible sofa which when converted allows the unit to Sleep 6. GROUND: You are surrounded with are lush green and well-maintained garden with common area for BBQ's area for grilling. There is also a popular, privately-owned coffee, sandwich and smoothie shop on the property. AROUND: Sea Village is a short distance from Honl's beach & White Sands Beach and world class snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park where you will also find Sea Turtles. There is also Kona trolley stop at Sea Village making it easier to move around without car. Head South out of Kona and you will find yourself in Kona Coffee Country where you'll find free coffee samples galore. Visit Pu'uhonua o Honauna, also called The Place of Refuge, Volcanoes National Park. Championship Golf Courses are nearby. Visit Kona and enjoy world class Beaches, Snorkeling, Surfing, Parasailing, Dinner Cruises, Luaus, Kayaking, Diving and Deep Sea Fishing. Please note, the complex does not have elevators. There is no air conditioning in our condo, but with fans in each room and the trade winds usually help to keep the unit comfortable. In addition, the mauka (mountainside) breeze typically develops after sunset and helps cool the bedrooms if the windows are open.

The Property was very nice with good proximity to Kona town. Was warm but with many fans it cooled down at night although air conditioning would be nice :) Beautiful views of the pool and ocean. Nicely maintained property.

After figuring out how to get to the property during the 2023 Ironman with all the different road closures (come from the south!), the condo was a great place with plenty of room to relax. It does eventually cool down at night, as there is no A/C, but there are plenty of fans everywhere to help keep the air moving. Fantastic views. Wish we could have stayed a little longer.

We LOVED this rental. It was in a great location, had amazing views, was super stocked full of everything you needed, and was just a comfortable and relaxing place to vacation. We will definitely stay here again. I read some reviews that said people on the property complained about kids being loud, but we didn't experience that at all. Actually, there were tons of kids there when we were there and everyone was really nice.

Nice place, kids loved the pool. Generally an older resident population in the complex, but the vast majority were very warm and welcoming to our young family. The unit was greatly provisioned, even had boogie boards, sand toys, pool noodles, snorkel gear. Slightly older building, but everything was well kept.

It has an awesome view of the ocean you can stand on the balcony and look out over the entire coastline of the Kona in Area. My only issue was the fact that the pool had so many rules it prevented kids from playing my kids tried to play calmly no splashing no loud noises and some reported them to the manager within 15 minutes of being in the pool. The place claims his children friendly but with that many rules for kids in the pool it’s obviously not too children friendly and mine were also they’ll only kids I saw. Other than this issue the condo is great. The color also is located in Kona which means it is near everything so you just went to beaches instead of trying to play there at the condo in the pool. A lot of people said the condo was really warm we did not have that problem the fans keep it at a very pleasant temperature for everybody.

Being on the third floor it does get warm. Thankfully there are numerous fans to move the air. It’s one of the better views. I loved watching the ocean and seeing downtown in the distance. I’m not sure if it is the owner choice or property manager choice, but this is the first time I’ve ever stayed at a property and not had coffee for the first morning or two. The upside is I took the opportunity to decaffeinate myself.

This condo is in a perfect location for activities in and around Kona. The view, deck, pool and BBQ area were great. As others have mentioned without A/C it can get warm, but with the windows open and fans running we were fine. We would definitely stay here again.

The view from the living room is amazing and the location was perfect for us. The first night was hardest to sleep because it was so hot. The slider has a sticker on it that say to always close when you leave. If you do you will not sleep. There is no AC in the unit and it can get stifling hot. We purchased box fans to help move the air through and it helped a lot! We all slept with our own fan pointed directly on us. The heat in the unit forced us to be gone all day so it was actually a blessing in disguise. Overall, our stay was amazing and we handled the heat of the room just fine once we started leaving the slider open and had all the box fans to move the air. If this place had AC it would be amazing!! Oh, and no check-in until 4. We arrived at 3:30 and when we called we were told we had to wait until 4 to enter. So we stood there on the staircase, with all our bags, until 4.

Overall our stay was pleasant- Pros: View of the ocean Roomy Neighborhood location Well stocked** Comfortable beds Clean Cons: No air conditioning (being on the 3rd floor it was very warm and there were times we avoided going back to the unit until it was cooler in the day) Noisy- because of no ac we had the windows open 100% of our stay. With the bedroom windows facing the dumpster, it was very noisy (especially in the early morning) with the maintenance personnel breaking glass and breaking down boxes, this happened almost every morning. It was also very noisy from other guests, especially next door. Our neighbors next door were traveling with a baby and the baby cried A LOT!!!! and once again not being able to close our windows we could not shut out their noise. The unit is well stocked but a lot of the kitchen items are very dated and only partially work. The toaster doesn't work properly, the knives are very dull (we sharpened them and they still wouldn't properly cut through a lemon or lime) The unit was also stocked with boogie boards, beach towels and snorkel equipment but most of the equipment was broken or incomplete. The boogie board was broken, the beach towels were super thin and some had holes in them. There was not a complete snorkel equipment set. Overall, our stay was very lovely! the view was great- we saw dolphins almost every day. The washer and dryer was a great bonus. The pool was always clean the ground staff were always out and about cleaning the grounds the BBQ's and the general grounds. The little coffee shop on the grounds is very good and the staff was friendly and nice. The Big Island was an amazing experience and unit 3309 was a good home base.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The view from the lanai was beautiful. The kids had fun in the pool. The Condo was spacious and well stocked with towels, boogie boards and everything you would need to have a fun time in Kona.

Great location that made it easy to walk into town for dinner and then stroll back again. Perfect too that well appointed coffee shop, The Green Flash, is on the premises. Great food and the best coffee on the island. My review wouldn't be complete if I didn't mention that the Kona Coast Property Management gave me a call on the night of the tsunami evacuation to make sure that I understood what to do and where to go. It was comforting to know they were looking out for me. When returning to Kona again, I would be delighted to stay at The Sea Village again.

Condo was spacious, comfortable, came with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of beach gear. Plus, one of the main reasons we chose this condo is that it came with a crib and highchair for our 2 year old son, which was surprisingly difficult to find when looking for a place to rent. Everything was updated and decorated nicely and the pool was awesome! Only downside is it doesn't have AC, which we suspect might not be an issue most of the year. But we were there when Hurricane Ana hit and the humidity was enough to choke you. Luckily, there are tons of fans around the house - at least 2-3 in each room, which was nice. We loved the location, right on the water and just a few minutes drive from downtown Kona. Lots to do in the area. We also appreciated the attentiveness of the owner. They provided tons of suggestions for places to eat and visit while keeping our son in mind. They also checked in with us ahead of Hurricane Ana to make sure we knew what to do and that we'd stay safe. Luckily the storm wasn't bad. Overall, we were lucky to call this place home for a few days - our own slice of paradise.

Kitchen is nicely stocked w cooking needs for eating in, go to Sac n save for some fresh Ono! The only issue was the next door condo was undergoing a remodel and a tile saw blared every 8-5 except Sunday. It was the antithesis of relaxing. The management company called to tell us the day we checked in as the cleaners reported the noise to them. We left all day each day which is the plan but our morning coffee on the lanai was not peaceful. Management was friendly and helpful in offering a concession which was appreciated but we would have rather moved. So gorgeous condo but unfortunate noise that evidently owners don't report to management company.
