Our jaws hit the floor when we entered this beautiful rooming penthouse . It was a perfect place to rekindle old friendships. It was hard to get my two buddies off the balcony. Great night life at Jax Beach.

This property was in a great location for everything we wanted to do at the beach! Tons of space, clean, updated, well maintained, and easy communication with the owner. The only criticism we had was the outside noise. If you're traveling here during cooler weather and enjoy having the windows open, this neighborhood could be quite noisy. Not the owner's fault, THIS building was very quiet, but the surrounding homes had multiple parties during our stay (it was spring break) and disrupted some of our time on the balcony. Otherwise the open windows provided a great ocean breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cindy’s property in Jacksonville, Beach. If I had to leave anything negative at all it would be 2 small things-the kitchen really needs to have some things added and/or replaced in terms of utensils/cookware. There were no cookie sheets at all for baking and there were very few serving spoons/cooking utensils. I did not allow this to affect the review score as it didn’t create much problem for us specifically for the few meals we made but had we attempted to do some other things we would have really needed more. I also understand that things get taken, damaged, broken, etc. over time and unless the owners are there to check after every stay they wouldn’t know every thing that may be missing. Again, this wasn’t a problem for us and didn’t affect the comfort of our stay. Otherwise, a water spigot and/or hose/shower head outside the garage where you enter the house from the walk to the beach would make a major difference in how much sand gets into the unit. I found myself sweeping multiple times a day but could not stay ahead of the amount of sand. We even put a bucket of water right outside the door to the unit to wash our feet but it did little to help with all the sand. You really need a water hose/shower to rinse off before going into the building. That wasn’t something I let bother me enough to make an issue out of but being able to rinse ourselves and our things off would have been wonderful. The unit was clean and comfortable and as described. We felt safe in the area. It was very convenient to Publix, Starbucks, McDonalds, and several other restaurants/shops. It was near a place called Adventure Landing where we took our kids to play mini golf one evening. Best of all was how easy the walk was to the beach. Even though the unit is not ocean front-it was only a 3-4 minute walk at most. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this unit to others.

This condo is very nice! was spacious and perfect for our group of six friends, we loved having multiple beds and three bathrooms. Everything we needed was provided - towels, soap, toilet paper and paper towels, and even Keurig coffee. The location was great for us. Cindy is an awesome and accommodating host. Great, quick communication. Highly recommend this property!

Good location and property. I would suggest getting new mattresses as the ones on the bed are too soft. The master mattress leans so the person on the right feels like they may fall off. There is a need for more drinking glasses for the unit.

Awesome experience. Spacious condo with large kitchen and dining area and close to the beach. Bed count worked very well for our family. Would stay another time!

The property was nice, roomy and well decorated. Nice location and easy to find and access.
