Turn the thermostat to 74 for the summer, 68 for the winter when starting to leave. It might be a few hours or few days before the next guest arrives. No need in wasting energy on an empty house :). The cleaning crew is only in the property for a few hours and as obvious as some things may be, it may not be noticed by the cleaning crew.
