Nestled in Point Judith, this attractive house for $563 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to 8 Bayberry Hill Road! Located only 4/10 miles to Roger Wheeler State Beach. Extremely well maintained 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with fantastic outdoor space including a second level deck, lower level patio and spacious backyard. It is the perfect spot for your summer getaway! As you enter the lower level you are greeted into the first living space. There is a bar area with microwave, sink, coffee maker(Cuisinart Auto Drip) and full refrigerator. On this level there is also a full bathroom and bedroom. This lower level offers privacy as being a convenient second living space. Off of the bar area there are sliding glass doors that leads you to the covered patio space. Find your way up the stairs to the second level and there you will find an open living concept with vaulted ceilings. Well equipped kitchen with 2 coffee makers (1 K-Cup Keurig, 1 Cusinart Auto Drip), stainless steel appliances, service for 12 of dishes (5 pieces) and flatware, plenty of counter and cabinet space. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room to seat 10 and living room with a mounted flat screen TV. From here there are sliding glass door to access the second level deck with a table, umbrella and gas grill. It doesn't stop there! There is a great sunroom that can be accessed off the deck and through the living room (please note this room does not have air conditioning but has a ceiling fan). It is nice space to relax at all times of the day. Down the hall are the three other bedrooms. All three are nicely sized, have queen beds, TVs and allow for comfortable living. The primary suite has a convenient, full en-suite bathroom. Some additional amenities that set this property apart is the not 1, or 2 but 3 full refrigerators! Central air conditioning throughout (with the exception of the sunroom) and an outdoor shower (fully enclosed with hot and cold water). Cooking essentials include a blender, griddle, lobster pot and hand mixer. There are beach chairs, beach buggies, garage space/access, 2 vacuums, indoor and outdoor games. This home has all you need to experience a fun and enjoyable beach vacation!
