This entire cottage is just what you are looking for if you are looking for an escape from the day to day work life. Lake rights let's you access the lake directly only a couple blocks away at the community beach as well as a boat/paddle board/ kayak launch. Full kitchen, charcoal grill, and fire pit available for use. Enjoy all Canandaigua has to offer with just a quick drive from multiple wineries, breweries, and hiking trails. Also very close to CMAC, and FLCC. Bristol Mtn only 30min drive!

Great location for cmac concert and for visiting breweries, wineries, beaches and shops along the nearby lakes.
House was a nice size for our group of four and was neat, clean, and very comfortable. Owner was easy to communicate with and provided us an easy check in and check out.

We enjoyed the cottage very much. The pictures were a little misleading about the bedrooms. They appear to be much bigger, but pictures can do that. It was a nice little walk to the beach. And we were able to find everything we needed in the cottage.
