Great location to explore all state parks and attractions in the Hill Country.
House was renovated, everything was new and clean. Great place to stay.

Everything was wonderful. The decor, the location, there were plenty of everything, towels, tableware, chairs. Everything was so clean and easy to find. I would recommend this particular house to anyone heading in this direction.
The step down and up to the bedrooms were very bad. I put a towel on the stair so I could see it coming and going out of the bedroom.
And we could have used a broom and dustpan. Maybe an ironing board, but I managed.

Lovely house in perfect location to explore Marble Falls. Everything we needed and we loved the space and decoration of the house.
