Enjoy swimming, fishing, and kayaking in the summer or the easy access to snowmobile trails & nearby ski mountains in the winter. The perfect location for summer fun, getaway to see the legendary New England foliage and cozy winter weekends. There are plenty of activities just a car ride away, including restaurants, bike trails, local farms, downtown Wolfeboro & North Conway! Available for weekly rentals in summer & nightly rentals off season.

We really enjoyed our time at Balch Pond and the house. Plenty of space for adults and teenagers, and all the amenities that you want for a Maine summer stay. House was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Immediate area is fairly quiet, but 30 minute drive to Wolfboro which was nice and an hour from Portland and ocean beaches. Highly recommend!
