This home is less than 100 steps from the edge of the water and features three decks overlooking the beachfront that run the entire length of the home. An Oceanfront Experience is in Galveston’s Bermuda Beach neighborhood, one of the area’s many great beach neighborhoods on the west end. At Bermuda Beach, all the vacation homes are just steps away from the Gulf and have spectacular views. This beachfront community is very popular with vacationers due to its laid-back but energetic vibe and proximity to restaurants, shopping hotspots, Moody Gardens and Pleasure Pier. This industrial chic home with windows across the front is a four-bedroom, four and a half bath vacation rental home. The high ceilings, expansive windows, cool tile floors, concrete walls and spacious living areas create a sense of the outdoors coming inside. Step inside the living room to find plenty of seating for everyone along with a cozy fireplace and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The large dining table for 10 is ideal for family-sized meals. The dining room comes with an outstanding view of the beach. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar. For the ultimate in relaxation, take a drink outside to the expansive balcony and breathe in that fresh salt air as you listen to the waves gently roll onto the sand. In addition to a panoramic view of the beach, the modern kitchen looks out onto the living and dining areas and comes with plenty of granite counterspace to prepare and serve meals. The fresh, white cabinets are stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you will need for your family. A triple sink, coffeemaker and toaster oven are also available. On this main level you will find two bedrooms with king-size beds. The primary bedroom also has a TV, fireplace with seating area, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, and separate soaking tub and step-in shower. The second bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom with step-in shower. On the second level, you will find the third bedroom with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, TV and ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is ideal for the kids with a twin over twin bunkbed, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite bath with soaking tub surrounded by teak wood and a single vanity. An Oceanfront Experience offers indoor and outdoor living at its best. Step up to the third level where you’ll find a sun deck, crow’s nest and tiki bar. Spend early mornings watching the shrimp boats go out past the second sand bar to catch their maximum haul. Shorebirds such as sandpipers, seagulls and brown pelicans scuttle across the shoreline or fly overhead. NOTES All Ryson properties are non-smoking. This home is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions. Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. This property was fraudulently represented. Do not count on looking at the pictures on line as they are not at all like the property. The walls have mold the ceilings are wet and wrapping as they are concrete leaving a smell within the entire home. There are massive amount of windows which are great view the ocean however no blinds to cover the windows including in the bathrooms which are clearly visible to anyone outside. The tubs are and sinks were soiled to the point we took showers with our slides on just to get clean. Their was no amenities as promised or a simple keurig. The dishes were disgusting and mouse droppings all over the drawers so cooking and eating at this expensive beach home was out of the question. We did try to contact our representative however unsuccessfully- we left early and paid to stay at another facility just to feel safe, clean and enjoy our vacation as we drop 12 hours to enjoy of time with family we see once a year for this vacation. Highly disappointed. I would recommend the condos down off Galveston’s bay for anyone reviewing this post!

We had our family beach vacation at this house. We were so excited when we saw this house listed, and so disappointed when we got there! While this house has a gorgeous view and is in a great spot on the beach… The photos that are shown with the listing are not at all what it actually looks like. There are NO window coverings in any of the bedrms or baths! No privacy, but also makes a very HOT house! -no outlets in the kitchen, except for where the coffee maker in microwave is… The downstairs bath had no window coverings and looks straight onto the balcony and the beach perfect view of you sitting on the potty. The master has no closet access, or any other place to put clothes. Not even a luggage rack. Also, in master, no window coverings and the storm shutters were closed, and broken which meant no access to the balcony off the master because the shutters block the door. The downstairs bedrm had no ceiling fan,no window covering, and the neighbors back balcony looks straight onto the bed! The other bedrm had NO door to bath. There is no outdoor water source, no hose to rinse off before you enter the house. There were several balcony wires that were loose with caution tape over them inside the house and out. 4 plastic chairs were only outdoor furniture. The freezer was leaking water. the neighbors next-door warned us people collect anything left on the beach over nt. until things are rectified I would not recommend this house for the money. 77 was lowest temp in house

There was a lot space for the family. The location was wonderful. A few things that I would like to bring to your attention. When the bedrooms were closed off, the rooms were cool, but the gathering area and rooms open to the rest of the house, it was quite humid and warm. Also it took several days for the refrigerator to cool off. When the repair man came out, he did nothing with the refrigerator, left without let's know and complained about the owner lying about things being repaired and just need to pay new Refrigerator. I flipped the button on the top left side and eventually cooled off. Everything else was wonderful. If there were more seating a the bar upstairs, we would have definitely spend more time in that beautiful area.

Positives: beautiful views, quiet area and great location not crowded at all. House was big and lots of room for family or friends. Negatives: The pictures aren’t accurate. All of the curtains are gone. There is no privacy unless you can put blankets on doors leading outside. One of the rooms didn’t have shutters like the master did so heat and light could get in and again no privacy, not even a door to the bathroom in that room. In the pictures there was a couch in the master but there isn’t one. Nowhere to put clothes away - no closet or dresser in master. I alerted the company of a few things I found wrong upon arrival. They basically told me thank you for letting them know. Strange thing is the next day I come back from breakfast and there’s a strange man coming out of the house. He stated he was there to do repairs I asked for. He didn’t even knock when entering a bedroom and walked in on my brother changing. Who does that? He stayed forever and wanted to fix things I didn’t ask to be done. Next day a different man shows up and we denied him access to the house. How rude. No one from the management company called or emailed or even texted to let me know they were sending someone over. Common curtesy would have been helpful.

It’s an amazing property, but for the money required I expected more balcony furniture, some window coverings and the bunk room mattresses were poor. I would add a Keurig coffeemaker. The house has many nice features.

Very different, oceanfront (super close!) 5-floor concrete bunker. No carpets to worry about cleaning, fenced backyard for pets. Poor water pressure, old/poor appliances, lights not working, and during big storm, roof leaked and soaked our kids bed.

We were super excited about this house, what a HUGE disappointment. The pictures didn’t match what the house actually looks like inside (no curtains anywhere, no hairdryer—listed as an amenity). The drawers weren’t clean, inside, the dining room table.was so sticky on the surface we had to put towels down the entire time we were there. There was no storage space in the upstairs master bedroom. The closet was locked for the owner, which was fine, but there wasn’t even a chest of drawers to put your personal items in. Only one bathroom rug for all 5 bathrooms on concrete floors. There was no guide as to how to get on the internet and/or how to work the TV’s. Took the company two days to get us a hairdryer and the middle of the first full day to even get the wifi access. We love Galveston and we booked through this company last year and the house was as advertised. This year, nothing but a HUGE disappointment on so many levels….
