Your very own private balcony provides a nice relaxing spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset. The property also features a beachfront pool, a grilling area, and covered parking. Nearby dining and entertainment options include family-friendly and casual seafood restaurants and fine dining places. And if you love adventure and active vacationing, there are plenty of venues for great golfing, tennis, fishing, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling, and diving. Several restaurants are within walking distance of Sundial, and other eateries, plus shops, water sports rentals, and plenty more fun things to do are just a few minutes' drive away. Parking for a second vehicle is available in any unmarked parking spot on a first come first served basis. • Parking passes are required for assigned and unassigned parking spots • Parking passes must be completely filled out and clearly displayed to be valid. Vehicles may be towed by security if passes are not filled out correctly or other parking instructions are not followed. • 2 vehicles max per reservation, no additional passes can be issued. • The parking fee is included in the total amount. Things to know • Please note that the 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft area • Please, note that the twin beds and the full bed are located in the loft. • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. House rules • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine • NO PETS ALLOWED. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and if you don't care about wife, this is probably one of the better condos in the area, especially for the price. PROS: -Clean, no mold. -Room was updated (new flooring, fresh paint, etc.) -Right on the beach -Nice porch -Right next to a restaurant, and convenience store. -Probably one of the nicest condos I've stayed at for the past 8-10 years I've been going to Gulf Shores. CONS: -Wifi is hit and miss. Difficult to stream anything. -Bedding isn't great. Mattresses are very stiff, and the blankets are thin. We ended up buying a mattress topper and new bedding so we could sleep without waking up sore.

Overall we were pleased with our stay at Sundial. The condo itself was in good condition with new updates to the interior. However, the there was no lights in the elevator and on our last night there the elevator stopped working which made packing and loading our vehicle a bit of an issue. We had to climb the three flights of stairs several times and it was a haul. The parking was tricky, the parking area wasn’t easy to navigate with a large SUV.

The place was very conveniently located to the beach easy access the pool was tiny and cold. The property in general is well worn and could use some tlc. The upstairs loft had a airconditiong contraption with hoses and pipes run all over the room clearly not shown in photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay just was underwhelmed with the property

Short stay but we were very comfortable in this recent Reno beach condo, although it wasn't a beach getaway, came to celebrate Mardi gras with family. New appliances and very clean but there were no beach towels as listed but it wasn't an issue bc we weren't there for that. Minor check-in issue that the owner resolved in seconds via phone. Perfect floor plan layout (2 bedrooms on main floor) for ourselves & daughter and the loft for her boyfriend.
