The photos don't do this property justice. The house is very spacious. The outside photos must have been taken in winter, We arrived to rolling hills and greenery. This property has a long driveway and lots of views and privacy. It was perfect for our kids and grand kids to spend time together. Of course the Ark and it's zoo were very close, which we visited, but we highly recommend the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington and in the Fall-Country Pumpkins, in Dry Ridge.

We enjoyed having plenty of room. The scenery and the easiness of getting to the Ark Encounter as well as the interstates. It is peaceful and beautiful. We were blessed to have the opportunity to stay in this lovely home Gina our hostness answered all our questions and was available to help if anything came up.

We planned a multi family vacation to the Ark and the home we stayed in was beautiful and spacious allowing us all to stay under one roof.

Our extended family had a wonderful time together and enjoyed the spaciousness of the home -- Especially the large kitchen!

Property works well for larger group/family. Never felt congested or crowded. All basic needs were met — linens, etc and even 2 coffee pots in kitchen complete with filters (might want to get some of the round not funnel type filters for next guest). We enjoyed this house a lot.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great and accommodated our family of 15 very well. The house is very roomy and had everything we needed. We visited The Ark and the Creation Museum and loved both!
