Summary: Forget your worries in this spacious remodeled home right next to Beaver lake and 1 mile from Prairie Creek Marina. The house is completely remodeled and has a brand new master bedroom suite with a custom shower. There are 3 bedrooms with 7 beds. The entire upstairs is a large bedroom with 4 beds. The kitchen boasts an island and everything you need to enjoy meals before or after a day at the lake. The Space: This large 3 bedroom house has something for everyone. It is the perfect getaway location right next to Beaver Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee and a partial view of the lake from the sun room in front of the house. The large living room has a 70' smart TV, comfortable couches and a large play area. The spacious sunroom has plenty of seating area facing the north where you can relax. It has a partial lake view in the winter. Modern kitchen with coffee bar and large dining room and table. The master bedroom is enormous and has its own private bathroom with a dual vanity and desk. The 2nd bedroom also has a private bathroom and private access to the back deck. A large room upstairs houses 2 double beds and a bunk bed, plus a half bath. Back yard is enormous with fully fenced yard. ★ Beautiful professionally decorated lake house ★ Minutes from Prairie Creek Marina ★ Located by Beaver Lake ★ Indoor and outdoor entertainment ★ Multiple outdoor seating options ★ Fully equipped kitchen ★ Laundry room available for guest us OUTDOOR LIVING: 300 sq ft back deck INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV family room, living room, dining table, KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics & spices, drip coffee maker, island, and all the basics to cook your own meals. GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, washer/dryer, starter trash bags & paper towels, hair dryer, iron, central heating & A/C PARKING: Driveway (4 - 6 vehicles), Guest Access: You will have access to the entire house. Other Things to Note: - No smoking - PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. (2 pets max). We may require a refundable pet deposit. - No events, parties, or large gatherings. - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door, above the garage and on the back patio area. They do not look into any interior spaces - If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". The property manager was very communicative and able to provide excellent and timely details about the property. The house was very clean and well kept. You can tell great care was taken to make the place look and feel homey. The only minor inconveniences we noted were that the code to enter is 9 digits which is very difficult to remember and it auto locks so we had to ensure we had our phones to recall the long code. There weren't quite enough towels for all of us so we did the laundry, which is provided onsite as is the soap. There were very few pans/pots so we had to get creative about cooking as it was limited. There was some dog hair on the comforter, however, I forgot to check if it was pet friendly so that was entirely on me. Lastly the eco mode of the thermostat was set very high so after coming in from the lake we were greeted by an 85 degree house and even warmer loft area that required some time to cool down. Overall the house was well located in a very pretty subdivision and the driveway easily accommodated the two vehicles we had with us. The neighborhood is beautiful and very hilly. The lake was a quick trip away and so much fun to be out on. The owners were excellent and the house, as I mentioned, was clean and layout nice to accommodate a group. They had fans in 2/3 bedrooms and the AC quickly cooled off the house. I would stay here again if in the area.

We were passing through the area and needed a place to stay for two nights. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, and ideal accommodations (it was only my wife and I) but if we return or even bring more with us, we’ll definitely book here again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this house on Beaver Lake. We were visiting family in several locations across northwest Arkansas, so Beaver Lake was good, central location. The home was immaculate and spacious, and the layout allowed each of our two kids to have their own space. The fenced backyard was a great pet-friendly feature, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again in the future.
