Both living rooms have large screen SmartTV's with cable, gas fireplaces, comfy furniture and plenty of space to relax. Of the 6 total bedrooms 4 have King Beds, ensuite baths and HD SmartTV's. The entire home is heated with radiant floor heat to keep it nice and toasty on the snowiest of days! The deck backs up to beautiful woods so guests can unwind in the private outdoor hot tub or grill at the gas grill, all in a tranquil wooded setting. We enjoyed staying at this home for a group getaway. Perfect location and convenient to Arrowhead Ski lifts. Plenty of space for your group and well equipped. We will definitely consider this home for future getaways.

254 B Arrowhead Drive was the perfect location for our annual Summer trip to Val Valley. Private, quiet neighborhood easily accessible to all things that The Edwards/Avon area has to offer. The home is very well maintained and the management staff are wonderful to work with.

This house was amazing. The location was great the check in process was very simple. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything one could need to enjoy their stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to visit the Beaver Creek or Vail ski areas.

Loved the house and neighbourhood! Safe gated community, with the lift access which is great and saves lots of time for a large group especially. Easy shuttle to beaver creek if needed.The house itself is clean, well maintained and has everything that you could possibly need. We were three families with children and found it large enough for all of us to have our own space. Hot tub was a huge plus. Highly recommend!
