Location was perfect, literally backed onto the beach. Breakfast provided was great value, cold buffet and hot options were plentiful.

The property is decorated and furnished to an exceptional quality with every detail thought of. The staff were very welcoming and provided a great service at breakfast.

Unfortunately the shower stopped three times in room six which I’m guessing is a water pressure problem. It was 08:50am so I’m guessing this would be at peak usage.

Area not wonderful- tyre and MOT garage nearby. No designated parking for guests. Overpriced for what it is. £130 per night and no complaints but £200 a bit much. Breakfast good but not a lot of options.

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in, moulded itself to you and gave the warmest hug! The waterfall shower was a highlight no issues with pressure or temperature, absolutely perfect! The team Julie and Janet were exceptionally welcoming, and accommodating, they made us feel at home. This is the only B&B I’ve ever stayed in where fresh hot and cold drinks were available around the clock, along with cereal, fruit and snacks in the dining room. The highlight of our stay has to be the breakfast, cooked fresh, everything was cooked to perfection. Perfect toast, just delicious. My partner had poached eggs on our second morning and he said they were the best poached eggs he’d ever had! Overall the BEST B&B in the country in my opinion and experience! Hospitality and food was excellent all round! We will be back in the future.

I booked this for my parents. The communication from the owners was brilliant, they were quick to respond and super helpful! My parents said how beautiful the place is, it was well decorated, spotlessly clean. They loved their stay!!

Honestly can’t think of anything! It was a break away for my husbands 40th without our three children and was pretty much perfect!

Great location close to beach & amenities. Very clean, 5* Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Exceptional cooked breakfast esp the muffin with scrambled egg & smoked salmon. Free cans of water from fridge, free coffee from machine & free fruit. Dressing gown & slippers provided.

The view! Thought for price & room being on top floor, we would have had decent view but it was over beer yard, could heard people laughing, talking & kids bouncing ball but only til about 10pm. No full length mirror. Hand soap dispenser didn't work. Room was very warm even with window open & our own fan. Very limited juice & pastries at breakfast.
