Staff should at least english, in particular at the reception. Room are durty (moquette), no daily change of tows and no re-ordering . Low/average quality of food for dinner and breakfast (buffet in both cases). No ticket sales both in the hotel and also in the ski facility close to It, but very good shuttle service (included) to Monginevro centre and ski area (ticket sales and rent devices).
