Location perfect! Spotlessly clean- like super clean. Comfortable bed. Cute decor and an interesting old palacial home. Sweet balcony. Staff are not onsite after 1:30 pm - after this it’s self check in. All my instructions came in Spanish. If you are from overseas you will need data to get this info and know how to use translate. Just FYI. It was easy though. Convenient as I speak Spanish. Code for outside door. Lock boxes inside with code. Key inside box.

Stayed on a Friday night. Very loud. Maybe okay on weeknights but street noise until the wee hours. Don’t get front facing room if you are a light sleeper- we were in room # 1. La ubicación Las sábanas estaban limpias.

La habitación no tenía ventilación. Sin ventana en el baño y una sola ventana al lado de la puerta y tan alta que no entra aire. Además da al pasillo. Encima, la cama estaba metida en un hueco de la pared donde entraba menos aire (la tuve que cambiar de sitio, lo digo en serio). Los sonidos de fuera se escuchaban mucho. Por la mañana sonaba Darh Vader estaba subiendo por las escaleras.

Great location close to monuments, wineries old town and shopping areas. The spacious and clean room was modernly decorated but still included the charm of the original architecture. I'll definitely book again next time I'm in Jerez.

Nobody on reception for checkout at 8am and airpirt shuttle wasn't available.

Lovely location, very central and had easy access thanks to the self check in. Great to have water available in the reception

The location is perfect, for check in you send your ID details and pick up the keys using a code they send you.

Great location, clean, spacious, comfy bed, nice staff, decent kitchen facility.

Overly complicated check-in. Lack of bins and electric inputs. Rather basic shower.

The hostel was located very centrally and looked beautiful from the inside. Everything seemed to be relatively newly renovated. Check In worked effortlessly. The room had a decent size and a rather modern TV.

It could have been cleaner, especially the windows. Also, there was no plug and nightstand on one side of the bed. Lastly, the shower was constructed weirdly. I think it is very small and uncomfortable for people who are tall.

Location was excellent. Price was inexpensive.

Great location for the centre of Jerez, also very quiet. The room was very spacious and clean

The fridge was very noisy so we unplugged it - but everything else was great.

The quasi-rustic interior and collection of paintings were charming.

The hotel is practically not-staffed. It was way overpriced for the experience and lack of hospitality.

No info on road blocks towards the hotel, nor on parkings, not answering our phone calls. Upon arrival no smile, not offering help with the luggage. The room didn't have the advertised aircon, no free toiletries, one (1) roll of toilet paper, wall of which cement crumbles fall on your head in bed. Very badly designed bathroom, sink too small to comfortably shave, shower leaks over the floor making the tiles slipery. Single pane glass - no isolation.

The location of this property is literally all it has going for it. very central

very dark room in the middle of the building with a small window on the ceiling. the rooms it’s self was very very basic and I think this hotel hides behind the word “boutique” to surpass just how basic the rooms are. the rooms in the picture I booked we’re totally different to what we were given. No air conditions which in Jerez during the summer is crazy. three of us were very uncomfortable at night in the heat. far to expensive for what you get in return.

Everything was great

Bed was comfy.

Bits of wall crumbling ( nature of building ) but bits were falling onto floor and clothing - but fine for 1 / 2 nights.

Great location, nicely furnished room, nice to have access to the seating area downstairs. Room I was originally allocated smelt of smoke - I was quickly offered an alternative room.

It would have been nice to have a glass/cup in the room.

Central location. very good value for money.

Perfect location, really clean and modern. I loved it. Jose was really helpful, and gave us some great suggestions on where to explore, eat and drink. I hope to return
