Location was best for my family. It was close to the beach (not crowded part), quiet and was not crowded. Drinks were cheaper than others in the Grand World. Host was helpful and friendly.
They should have consistent room service.

Kein Lift, wir mussten die Koffer in den 3. Stock schleppen. Lage nicht optimal, ziemlich abgelegen. Strand zwar schön, aber ohne Infrastruktur.

Her şey çok güzeldi, temiz, ferah, yeni. Çalışan bayan oldukça ilgili güleryüzlüydü. Çok yardımcı oldu, çok teşekkür ederiz.
Kötü bir şey yok ama asansör olmaması biraz üzücü ama yine de her şey çok iyiydi.

The property is just ok for one night. Even though the hotel is located quite location, but too many homemade karaokes with horrible sounds late at night and 3/4 in the morning. Eat before you come

Great service and hosts. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. I am from the US and it was my first time in Vietnam and Phú Quốc. Was pleasantly surprised. Located inside Grand World and steps away from the beach.

The location was fantastic if you want to be close to the beach, it’s also close to the nighttime show in the centre of Grand world.
The room was very clean with modern facilities. Comfiest bed we’ve had in a long time (we are backpackers).
The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us pay by card. Perfect place to stay and we would return again!
Not the hotels fault but there aren’t a lot of places to eat/drink nearby (a lot of potential places but we struggles to find food and drinks) we would have loved it if the accommodation offered more food & drink options. They do have a coffee shop which was good

Prime location right in Grand World!! Walking distance to a beautiful clean beach!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Room is clean.
