Visitors from all over the world come and see the magnificent landscapes of the park and walk along the various tracks of the park to Joshua Tree National Park. Our charming house is located in a comfortable and safe part of the Park. Please take this residence and its neighbors into consideration. Given that this is a serene community, guests should refrain from loud music, late evening parties, and host huge groups. ---------------------------------------------------- By booking, you agree to all house rules: ******A signed rental agreement and proof of ID will be required within 3 days of booking in order to finalize reservation.****** — Please be respectful of our home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community, and as such we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted. —We service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay. — No smoking is allowed inside or outside. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $300.00 or more. Smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the next guests so this is a very important rule to follow. — If you make a mess, we ask that you please clean it up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in disarray. — Pet fee - We welcome dogs at our place. There is a pet fee of $150 and $50 per additional dog. — For your safety, we have security cameras in the front and backyard. If you have any questions before you arrive, let us know.
