We had a nice stay at this property. It was very convenient to the University of Alabama. Quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Ample parking and living space within the rental to accommodate our group of 11 adults. One complaint: There are only two bathrooms in this listing and when we arrived we noticed that the tub in the front bathroom was not draining properly between showers. Tough for the rest of us to utilize one shower the rest of the weekend. We told the owner the morning it was noticed and no contact was made to help with the situation. Two suggestions: Hooks need to be added in the bathroom and/or bedrooms to hang wet towels End tables would be nice in the living room to be able to set down your coffee, tea, water, etc while visiting.

This was a great location for our family weekend! Easy access to the campus and stadium and stores. House looks as described in the pics, super nice place, more than enough space for everyone! We’d definitely book here again!

Very nice house and convenient to campus - far enough away that u weren’t in the middle of everything but close enough to be there in less than 10 minutes. Owner was great to communicate with. Only suggestion would be to have dish towels and pot holders in the kitchen. Everything else was great. Stayed with another family and each family had our own bathrooms which was nice. Beds were very comfy too.

Clean house that's conveniently located to the University of Alabama. The house has all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Host followed up to see if there was anything else we needed. Great experience! Special thanks to the owner-host for working with us and our flex schedule. My company is working at the University of Alabama and our schedule was uncertain week to week. The owner accomodated our changing needs.

My family and I gathered for our daughter’s UA graduation. We loved the home. Upon entering we could smell the cleanliness and appreciated that. The home is spacious with lovely finishes. Perfect for my family of 10. We did not feel cramped and was able to enjoy each other’s company in the several gathering spaces. Sweet neighborhood and such an easy quick drive to UA campus.

We enjoyed staying at this house. Very clean and nicely furnished. Walking distance to City Cafe for breakfast or lunch. Lots of TV's, big kitchen. We highly recommend. 5 stars.
