Whether your plans involve skiing, golfing, or leaf-peeping in autumn, this home places you right in the thick of it. Play a morning round at the Stratton Mountain Golf Course and spend a summer afternoon barbecuing on the gas grill, relaxing in rocking chairs on the deck, and admiring the woodland view. Inside, the multi-level floor plan brings the main living space upstairs, offering lofty ceilings, plentiful windows, and a smart TV to stream movies as you toast your toes by the fireplace. Elevated just above the living room are a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area with space for the whole family. An electric car hook-up is available on the property, as well as a beautiful pond area, which makes for the perfect area to walk and play. Of the four bedrooms, one is upstairs and three - including a great kids' room with built-in bunks - are downstairs. THINGS TO KNOW If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
