The outdoor living space includes a covered patio with a built-in BBQ, a custom heated pool with waterfalls & a 10-person hot tub. The private rooftop Skydeck offers stunning views of Camelback Mountain. The Space: Experience the epitome of modern living with this stunning vacation rental that has been thoughtfully designed to offer the ultimate in luxury and comfort. The minimalist features and open spaces with natural lighting create an ambiance of spaciousness and serenity that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. As soon as you enter through the massive double front doors, you'll be greeted with warm natural light and an impressive main foyer that sets the tone for the rest of the home. The living room boasts twin sofa's, accent chairs, an 80" TV with surround sound, and a comfortable lounge area that will make you want to kick back and relax. The open dining room and custom chef's kitchen with a large stone island, Viking range, and Sub-Zero side-by-side fridge & freezer offer the perfect space for preparing and enjoying meals with family and friends. There is a Viking double-wall oven as well, but the bottom is inoperable as we are awaiting rare parts for it to be repaired. The enormous space is perfect for hosting large groups, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The East end of the home features a sprawling Primary suite with a King bed, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, private patio access with firepit, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom that will leave you feeling pampered and refreshed. Two additional guest rooms are equally well-appointed, with one featuring a King bed and the other with two queens, each with designated AC and TVs. The West end of the home features a fourth bedroom with a King bed, a large laundry room with dual stackable washer & dryers, a spare shower, and another half bath. But it's the outdoor living space that will take your breath away. Open the bifold glass doors and step out onto the huge covered patio with a built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area. From there, it's just a few steps to the custom heated pool with a beautiful water feature and an enormous 10-person hot tub. But that's not all – climb the spiral staircase to your private rooftop Skydeck with an unbelievable view of Camelback Mountain and the evening sunsets to the West. The wrap-around sectional, turf lounge area, and fire pit are perfect for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views. Just a great property in a great location. If you are staying in Scottsdale it is way better than a hotel. The only thing preventing an A+ instead of an A is the pool had a couple of issues. The outdoor spaces are world class and the property team was great to work with. Best Sal
