Fantastic communication from the host. Amazing location and great size space. It also had everything we needed.
Upon arrival the floors throughout the property were dirty and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned however we received a prompt reply from the host and she was eager to rectify this for us. She had this sorted very quickly for us which we were grateful for.

Lovely cosy flat with everything we needed for our short break.
Location was fantastic - a great base for exploring the region.
Nice coffee shops nearby and a Co-op almost next door for any essentials.

The flat was ideal for our stay. We were visiting relatives so only there overnight and we supplied our own breakfast and drinks.
The rooms were clean and tidy. Beds comfortable and adequate.
Able to park very close which was a bonus and free.
We couldn't fault it.
I needed a firm mattress but that's due to a back problem but that isn't a problem with the host.

great size lovely furniture fittings warm nice kitchen
oven very dirty but was being dealt with also water temperature had been turned very low and took us a while to work out the boiler had a drop down section… then sorted

good location for Whitley bay and tynemouth , great sized apartment and rooms , nice to have the internet channels on tv to for cozy evenings in. lovely furnished, feels homely.
just the bathroom but that’s a personal taste , although it was very clean

The location of the property was just where we needed to be with easy access to shops. Good free parking just outside on the road.
There should have been written instructions on how to use the boiler for heating.

Absolutely perfect little spot, very clean, comfortable, and staff very responsive to messages. Will definitely be back.
