A two-minute walk to the beach and steps away from the Bay, Sandy Toes at Bay Watch is perfect for a quiet romantic getaway, a fun family vacation, or a peaceful relaxing winter escape in the sun. Within a 10 minute walk to many restaurants, shops, and the pier on Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach, this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom first floor condo has all you need for a fun and relaxing time on peaceful Anna Maria Island. Two private open lanais offers access to a very spacious 132 sq. ft. of balcony space. The south balcony is attached to the main bedroom overlooking the pool. The north balcony is attached to the family room with a bay view & partial beach/gulf view. NO CAR NEEDED! Leave your car in one of the two reserved, covered parking spaces and walk or take the free trolley up and down the Island. There is a convenient free trolley stop right at Gulf Drive. Included are 4 beach chairs, a beach carry cart, beach/pool towels, beach cooler & plenty of beach and sand toys for the kids. Do you have a boat! Boats are permitted to be moored and docked at the Bay Watch dock. This is complimentary and at no charge. However, parking/storing boat trailers are not permitted on the property. This property includes the large, community heated freshwater pool with a shower and restrooms, as well as a private pier/dock for fishing or relaxing within steps of your unit. It's a great place to watch the sun rise before heading for the beach! Walk or take the free trolley up and down the Island exploring sunny beaches, restaurants, watering holes, and musical entertainment. Pharmacies & grocery stores are on the island (Instacart delivery is available from Publix grocery store). Unit is located a leisurely 10 minute walk from the famous Bridge Street shopping/restaurant area which also includes mini golf, ice cream, gourmet donuts and more. Numerous golf courses, many of which are 5-star, are nearby such as Bradenton Country Club, Timber Creek Golf Course, Manatee County Golf Course, IMG Academy Golf Club, Pinebrook Ironwood Golf Club, and Legacy Golf Club – Lakewood Ranch. This was the perfect place for our family of 4 to enjoy our first visit to Anna Maria Island. Condo was spacious and clean. Great communication from hosts. The location was convenient to the free trolley stop, beach access, and several restaurants. Loved the views from front deck and watching the sunrise at the Bay Watch dock. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Great location for beach and restaurants. Pool is nice. One negative is that we shared the place and the cost with another couple. Their bedroom had a balcony and television and we had neither. A simple bedroom tv would really help

My husband and 2 daughters and I just returned from an amazing stay. The condo was great. My favorite part was sitting out on the deck at night and reading my book. The location was great. Several restaurants were within walking distance. The pool was a perfect temperature and the beach across the street was amazing. The hosts were easy to communicate with. I'd definitely stay again. Thank you for allowing us to stay😊

The condo was great! Close to restaurants and shops and Anna Maria island was so beautiful. We brought our bikes and explored the whole island. Really enjoyed our stay! Dan was very responsive as well. Can’t wait to come back:)

We liked our stay. Close to everything. Only complaint would be that the pool was never cleaned during our entire stay. Other than that it was very relaxing and fun. Thanks for letting us stay in your unit.

This condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and there was nothing to do but unpack and relax! The location was perfect, the pool was great, no complaints. Great place to spend a week on vacation!

this condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for our stay on Ana Maria Island. Both balconies are amazing. On one balcony you have views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the bay. The beach is right across the street and less than a five minute walk. The hosts answered our one question immediately and everything worked perfectly. the pool was so relaxing and not many people were there. we had it to ourselves most of the time. Beautiful weather beautiful location. Awesome condo would stay here again!

We had a great vacation. The rental was exactly as listed. It was clean, comfortable, close to the beach and close to restaurants. There is a very helpful binder in the rental with information about the area with restaurant suggestions that were spot on. Dan and Tim were great hosts and we really appreciate them sharing their beautiful condo.

Everything you could need was right on the property which was just lovely. Would definitely recommend this rental. I would bring your own beach umbrella. I stayed in the master bedroom which was comfortable but was told the guest room mattress could be better Other than that not a complaint.

Condo was very clean and very well furnished with everything needed. From the inside the couches and beds were very comfortable, the entire space space fit my family of four perfectly and could have accommodated more. There was plenty of boogie boards, sand toys galore for the kids, along with a beach wagon and really nice beach chairs. Even had a small cooler(we brought out own) and a little beach bag to carry snacks and drinks in. I especially liked that they left a couple of nice fishing poles that could be used, and were ready to use. My son and I went fishing on the bay every morning from the nice dock area in the back. Pool was heated and warm, and never crowded. Place is very quiet and great walking distance to so many great restaurants and bridge street, or take the free shuttle.
I liked that they allow to use and leave behind common kitchen items instead of always having to replenish everything. Sandwich bags, seasonings, laundry detergent etc we left behind, but I'm sure we used some other items that were in the kitchen.
Tim and Dave were quick to respond to any questions I had, although I hope I didn't ask to many!! Overall great experience, and my family was very happy and we are looking at next spring break already. Would book again. Great place!!

Spacious, set up nicely for a family. Floors and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Well-stocked with consideration of what guests might need- lots of fresh towels, some beach items, soaps, kitchen items. We cooked a lot and found that the pans were past their prime- teflon coming off, and coffee pot needed cleaning out before using. The cabinet fronts could use a good wiping down, but other appliances were clean and in good working order. The living room furniture was pretty uncomfortable, and the rug stained, but the beds were comfortable with very nice linens. The pool was great and felt pretty private from surrounding properties as it sits in its own courtyard and Baywatch is back on the intercoastal side of the island. All-in-all, a very nice place to stay! We enjoyed our week and would stay here again.

The pictures do not give the view justice! It was amazing and so nice to look at while enjoying our morning coffee. Everything was just as described or better. Beds and pillows were comfy. They even provided beach towels! And of course the location was just where we wanted to be.

This was me and my family’s first time at Anna Maria, and we could have not asked for a better place to stay, which made our trip so memorable. The condo is clean, within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops, and has a fabulous pool. My kids decided they didn’t like the beach very much (which was a hop, skip and a short walk down one block), so we spent most afternoons at the pool, which was never very crowded. The set-up of the condo was perfect for my family of 3 kids. Our hosts were super easy to communicate with us, answering a question we had within half an hour, and then checked in with us through email to see how our stay was going. We will definitely be back to AMI, and booking this condo again! Could not recommend it more!

We loved this condo and its location. It was clean and spacious. The location made it very easy to access any place on Anna Maria Island. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the fishing dock as well as many of the area restaurants. 5 Stars for sure!!

STEPS FROM THE BEACH, HEATED (BUT NOT TOO HOT) POOL, BEAUTIFUL DECOR, EVERYTHING TO MAKE THE STAY JUST RIGHT. OH YES GREAT LOCATION WITH THE FREE ISLAND TROLLY AT THE END OF THE DRIVEWAY.

Condo was clean, well stocked for getting the stay started, all amenities, great location, excellent wifi and electronics. Comfy beds. Quick access to restaurants by walking or trolley. All small appliances, e.g. toaster, coffee maker, etc., Worked great. Labels on switches were very helpful. AC worked great. All-in-all, excellent accomodations.
FYI - the shower curtain in the guest bathroom needs secured better as it fell down; but it was easy to reinstall by adding more tension.
