The place that we were directed to wasn't the place represented on the VRBO posting. The place was filthy and smelled of drugs. Contacted the property manager and she quickly directed us to another location and personally came over the following morning to make sue that all was OK. Property Mgr A+ Original Property F

Great place, great neighborhood

This place was great! Pros: great central location, beach chairs, towels, and beach combing gear, quiet, safe, affordable and dog friendly! Loved the indoor/outdoor spaces. Cons: just the old stained carpet. Hard surfaces would make this place perfect.

The place was very clean and had everything you need. The only thing I could find is that the furniture definitely needs to be updated and rugs need to be replaced even though it was clean there are lots of stains and furniture in the living room and inside porch were dusty (not a good thing is you are allergic or asthmatic) Besides that everything else was great A/C is super cold, shower great. If you’re looking for a place closer to Fox Lea Farm this little cottage is about 5 minutes away and less than 12 minutes from the beach n attractions.

Very cozy 2bdrm unit in a quiet neighborhood in a great location. Very close to historic downtown Venice, the beach, dog park, shopping and restaurants. Would defiantly stay here again. Hosts were a pleasure. The house had everything you could possibly need.
