Also conveniently located near multiple beaches and restaurants, Huntington state park (you are welcome to use the park pass provided), Brookgreen Gardens, shopping and much more. You will have access to the upstairs portion of the house. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A living-room, kitchen and dining room. You will also have access to the laundry room. **My partner and I do live downstairs full-time with our pups and baby. For complete privacy there is a locked door separating the two living spaces. **This is NOT a party house. This is our home. Please respect that and note that quiet hours start at10:30pm. We sleep directly under the living room kitchen so please keep levels down and walking to a minimum after 10:30pm
