Schön wären mehr Handtücher. Küchentücher fehlten ganz. Die Garage unter dem Apartmentgebäude war zwar sehr praktisch, für ausländische Gäste aber nicht ganz leicht zu verstehen, wo man parken durfte.

Lage und Blick vom Balkon waren hervorragend! Die Stadtnähe und die Ruhe im Haus sind top. Die Betten waren gut.

Es fehlen in den Schlafräumen Schränke, um Kleidung aufzubewahren (jede Jugendherberge bietet mehr!!!) - für 4 Personen gab es nur 1 kleines offenes Regal! In allen Räumen fehlen ausreichen Haken um z.B Handtücher oder getragene Kleidung aufzuhängen. Die Küchenausstattung war trotz großem Schrankraum unzureichend (z.B.keine Teekanne, keine kleinen Küchenmesser, klein Sieb für Salat oder. Nudeln abschütten).Ein intaktes Topfset + Pfanne, Trockengestell für Handtücher und feuchte Wäsche, Geschirrtuch haben wir erst auf Nachfrage erhalten.

I thought the unit would have supplied complimentary coffee and have a microwave available. The views from the unit were sensational and close to all amenities. Finding the unit was difficult. Instructions are always clearer after the fact. :) Really enjoyed our stay here.... pricey but highly recommend

Appartement was schoon en goed gelegen op loopafstand van centrum en bushaltes, bakker dichtbij.

Location was good. Beds were comfy but small. Pillows rubbish, flat and only 1 per person. The rooms are not very noise repellent so you can hear what is going on all the rooms and upstairs.. flat was very hot and thermostat did not seem to adjust. Better written instructions needed on getting from key collection point to flat. It was pitch black with howling wind and very difficult to orientate yourself after key collection..

(apartment H503) double bed in «master bedroom» was described in the info on Booking.com to be big - it wasn’t (was likely only 150cm (max 160)) - same size as second bedroom). Difficult/ not really possible to adjust temperature (down) except for opening windows. Experienced that floor heating not responding to temperature controlling device. Kitchen (quite) well equipped but lacked a microwave oven. Would also recommend to put another mirror in the apartment (only mirror is in the bathroom). Parking is either very expensive (380 NOK/day I believe ) - or very inconvenient (450m walk and pay 150 NOK/day).

All was perfect, really nice appartement with a lot of comfort, clean and perfectly equipped. Landlord really helpful when needed.

Not great for short term. Construction makes it difficult to access property. Long walk with luggage, stairs and not the easiest to locate on first try

You can with your mobile : install the application EasyPark. Notice your zone number and start parking. There is a convenient public parking close to the car service station under the bridge.

Two big issues : - find the building. The GPS tells you that you have arrived when you are still on the bridge. Because the building is under the bridge. - another main issue is parking : no parking lot in the building. And no free parking in Tromsø. Do not pay a private parking. Use public parking. Perfect location for walking to museums and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and cleaning staff was very accommodating. Oh and the views from the balcony was spectacular

We liked everything! FYI: As with most properties in that region it did not appear to have AC. We did not miss it. It doesn’t get too hot in Norway even in August. The apartment has a nice breeze.

It is a rather new building in a new apart complex that is still growing, but super close to everything; spacious apartment, clean, clutter free, nice balcony (although the view outside was towards the construction site but that will be done soon I assume), modern appliances. Very nice bakery close by where u can have coffe in the AM!:) Smooth check in/check out, we were able to check in early which was super nice!

Nothing to say really; maybe some very dark blinds would be good in the summer when there is constant light

Highly recommend 3 br apt sea view… great view and brand new furniture. 2 bathrooms are a plus for big family. the owner is kind to upgrade us from 2 br to 3 br.

there is no drop off luggage area that could be done so it is difficult to carry all luggages to the building from the street and car park is a bit far.

What a lovely apartment. It is brand new with wonderful views of Tromso. We watched the Hurtigruten, other ships, the traffic on the bridge and the sun try to set on the church. There is a row of great restaurants downstairs and the bakery was great for a nice coffee. The apartment had modern clean facilities.

It felt a little like an amazing race game trying to find the keybox and then the apartment. We had to leave one person with the bags while we went looking for the keybox and then the apartment.

Ultra-modern accommodations, all around! Priceless view!! Host was extremely friendly and accomodating.

The only very small problem is that the curtains do not screen the sun light during the summer nights..

The apartment is modern and comfortable. It has a fantastic view and is within easy walking distance of the town.

It was difficult to find the apartment, even with the detailed instructions. There was no one around to help. We didn't see any staff the whole time we were there and had delayed contact from them when I tried. We couldn't get the hob to work as there were no instructions so I called the given number and got no response. I then sent an email, to which a reply came the following day. Very disappointing. Also, the curtains are very ineffective. Some thicker ones would be much better at keeping the 24hr daylight out. There was only hand soap, no other toiletries.

We stayed here before, so we knew it will be a great apartment and we were bot wrong.

We asked if we could check out later, but unfortunately we did not receive any answer. It would have been nice to receive an answer, even if late checkout wasn‘t possible.

Very nice large apartment with beautiful views.

Check in process too complicated - getting the key from another building etc. Should use digital locks with codes like some other places.

The location is excellent. We do appreciate how much the property owner tried to provide the info on how to collect the key step by step. However, it was a bit confusing for us.

Perhaps, the owner should provide soap, shampoo, cooking oil and utensils. That wd be perfect.
