La piscine, la chambre, le personnel est serviables, l’endroit est très paisible
La localisation, c’est un peu loin du centre et le petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix qui n’était pas en buffet contrairement à ce qui était mentionné.

Property is at the edge of a quiet, undeveloped area very near a main road; it is so easy to get around by public bus! Breakfast was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Television in room offered streaming services. We got in late and they brought dinner to the room so we could relax while catching up on Netflix after three days in the desert. The room was large with plenty of closet space.
Large bathroom but very few hooks or places to put toiletries. Approaching at night, the area looks deserted but if you persevere and ring the bell, a warm welcome awaits. Pool not heated in winter. On the second day at breakfast, the lobby was quite full and we had to wait for a group to leave before sitting to be served.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we had issues with our bookings for other activities. They also helped us to book a hammam session at a discounted rate. The rooms were comfortable and nice, and breakfast was good. Mouad was an extremely great an attentive member of staff! I would recommend this hotel if you are coming to Marrakech.

The property was exceptional and just as stunning as the pictures. The staff were so helpful in particular Medhi and mouad! Super lovely and helpful staff especially with things such as organising taxis or general questions about the area.
The property is quite far from the main medina which makes transport quite difficult. We initially paid extortionate amounts for taxis just to get about until we discovered the bus which is right outside the property and takes you directly to the medina for only 4dh. Other than that, it is an excellent place to stay.

No water in the rooms. Though available just a call away but I always came back at late hours.

Merci aussi au monsieur qui a travaillé hier dans la soirée, il nous a fait une omelette et un bon thé marocain accompagné d’un bon pain à 23h sans hésiter. Thanks for everything you guys are the best.

酒店位置不错，标识比较醒目，内部环境不错，门口停车（免费），提供欢迎茶，帮助搬运行李。
早餐种类很少，份量不足，索要2次，勉强够吃，服务人员还有点不耐烦。晚餐付费50欧元，味道和份量都不好，服务也不好。住宿在地面下一层，感觉不爽。

C’est un très bel endroit et le personnel était très sympathique. Il aurait mérité qu’on y reste plus d’une nuit
S’il y avait quelque chose à dire ça serait la distance avec les principaux lieux d’attractions mais il y règne un calme que j’ai rarement ressenti au Maroc. Lieu idéal pour se reposer

Tout était plus qu'à la hauteur. Le personnel était tellement sympa et serviable. Le petit déjeuner était trop bon et complet. Le coin piscine était mon favoris. La propreté est irréprochable. La décoration est magnifique.
On ne pouvait qu'aimer et apprécier chaque instant de notre séjour chez vous.

Tout était au top, je recommande à 1000% cet établissement. Propreté irréprochable dans toutes les pièces, salon orientale décoré avec goût et litterie très confortable. Déjeuner plus que parfait, tout était excellent.☺️
Un grand merci à Monsieur Mustafa ainsi qu'à son collègue de la réception qui sont d'une grande gentillesse et qui répondent à toutes vos questions tout en vous donnant de précieux conseils pour certaines activités et tout cela avec le sourire et la bienveillance...
Bref, allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez absolument pas déçu...😀

I booked Yanis Guest house as a gift for my cousin’s birthday (for her and her family)who lives in Morocco (I live abroad). First and foremost, amazing staff especially Monsieur Mustafa who was very helpful, kind and always ready (24x7) to assist.The guest house is located in Tadla neighborhood just outside of Marrakech. Incredible haven of tranquility after a day in bustling Marrakech: amazing and exceeded expectations. Guest house is brand new, spacious and offers really high quality in every aspect. Everything was top notch, decoration impeccable and apartment spotlessly clean nothing less than that. It coincides exactly with the photos, if not better! The atmosphere is enhanced by the swimming pool all in all a calm, safe and very relaxed guest house and felt like a safe haven in the craziness of what Marrakech is!!Last but not least breakfast was overwhelming and delectable with many local organic products and is served either in front of the swimming pool or in the room depending on one’s personal wishes. Special thanks to Monsieur Mustafa who welcomed my cousin and her family with fresh Moroccan mint tea +home made almond cookies and went above and beyond to make my cousin’s stay truly enjoyable&memorable.
