YOUR SPACE: Our 1 bedroom in-law unit (Private sub-apartment) is on the ground level portion of our house. Guests have access to complimentary drinks & snacks, a house guide with all the information you need, and everything located in the space NOTE: This is a NON-SMOKING Guest Suite it’s separated from the main house by a wall. The suite is private, you’ll have your own entrance, which you can access thru our RV gate. You’ll have your own kitchen, own bedroom, full bath, living room with TV and access to Netflix and Hulu. Though we are in and out ourselves, we do have a toddler and a little one you may hear playing here and there. :) That’s also one of the main reason we have a strict NON-SMOKER policy. Kitchenette: Microwave, Kettle, Sink, Keurig, Small dining table Should the suite get too warm there’s ceiling fan in the room and the living room to keep the suite cool at all times.
