Very clean, lots of room for all our stuff, had everything we needed, great location. Will stay here again!

Very nice house, well equipped, in a quiet neighborhood.

We were in Thunder Bay for a couple nights and this place served us very well.

I loved everything about this cute place. The owner was a great communicator and always responded quickly. I stayed here with my 85-year-old mother so we could attend graduation, which was perfect. Tv's in both bedrooms, and the open design made entertaining a few family members for brunch easy. The bathroom and shower are great, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The back deck looked great and was part of the reason I rented the place, but we never used it because other grad events kept us too busy (but it was perfect anyway). I would happily rent this place again. 10/10!

Thunder Bay is large, not in population, but in area. This two bedroom is in an out-of-the-way neighborhood, but within 10-15 minutes of most of the city by car. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were up-to-date. The upstairs apartment is still connected to the downstairs neighbors via a door in the back, which you can lock, but it's kind of weird to be able to just walk down the stairs to their place. The walls are full of family pictures, which is also strange. But overall I would recommend this place for a comfortable, secure stay.

A great little house to come back to after a day out and about. More comfy than a hotel

We had a great stay in this rental in March in Thunder Bay while visiting family. The house was clean, modern, and had plenty of room. It was very well decorated and furnished. It included a large well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and nice livingroom with tv and fireplace. Booking was very easy and the owner was friendly, helpful, and really easy to work with. The price was also very reasonable - much less expensive.than the local hotels. We will definitely stay here again!

Owner was very speedy at communication and answering any questions we had. Apartment clearly has been newly refurbished and looks lovely, very comfy living area, room for all on the huge couch, lots of enormous TV’s. Loved all the plug ins available for devices! That’s so often something that is missing in a VRBO! Lower floor has tenants and a very well loved and super well behaved doggie, very friendly, and very quiet. We occasionally heard all the lovings with the dog when it’s owners came home ❤️. It was a great, welcoming place to rest after a busy day of hiking, a nice place to cook up our excellent farmers market purchases. (Definitely check out the farmers market) Highly recommend. As a British ex-Pat I do love finding a kettle for tea ❤️, so thank you for that thoughtfulness. Quiet community, but very close to anything in Thunder Bay. Thanks Ed! We’d recommend you over and over.
