Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Security camera details: located on upper deck patio and in the garage area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The house was absolutely perfect!!! The only thing I would consider is blinds or curtains on the south side of the house where the kitchen is located. LOL. All in all we absolutely loved this house. It was everything one would want in a vacation!!!

Overall very happy with the house. It was very clean when we arrived and close to the beach, we could sit out and watch fireworks from the beach. My boys were very disappointed that there was no arcade game like is shown in the picture but enjoyed playing pool on the table in the dinning area. There are some nail heads on the deck that are not nailed all the way in which can be a little hazardous as I have an infant who wants to crawl/just learning to walk but overall great experience. I would stay here again if going back to Crystal Beach.

This was a great house for our family! Very clean and comfortable beds. The deck is great for relaxing. Everything you need in the kitchen for the stay! Outdoor shower was nice to have after beach days. This house is close to everything, beach, restaurants, stores and close to Busta Lime for afternoon cocktails or ice cream treats! Highly recommend.

Proximity to the beach was great. Had some confusion in the beginning. The management team was very responsive and understanding of our situation. .. got us taken care of. Would recommend with enthusiasm… Thanks!

This house is absolutely adorable! Plenty of space, very comfortable beds and the house was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook if you don't want to go out. There is a grocery store and liquor store conveniently located right across the street. The table that converts from a dining table to ping pong and pool, was a huge hit with the kids. The beach is quick 5 minute walk away and the shower outside is super convenient to get all the sand off. The owners were very attentive and offered local recommendations. We can not wait to go back!

This home was amazing. The amenities were great for the kids. They loved every bit of the house. It was difficult to communicate with property management prior to our arrival. I sent an email 4 days prior to our arrival and got an inaccurate response the day we were leaving, which wasn’t so bad because we were prepared. The listing doesn’t state that the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and all kinds of kitchen gadgets. Only thing missing were mixing bowls. Overall there really weren’t any issues but not being able to get any response from the property management is annoying if you are trying to be ready to prepare for a trip.
