Listing not accurate. Would not use this location again. Not very clean: (Mold in washing machine, toenail clippings all over the bathroom floor, bed collapsed when sat on, toothpaste splatters all over the place, shredded trash and broken chairs on back porch.) Hardly any parking. Neighbor was great though.

Overall, the house is very nice. It will sleep 12 people, but living spaces are small enough that all could not fit in one space at the same time. The kitchen is not well stocked. Had to buy a decent knife and drain stoppers to wash dishes. The location is nice and the cove is private and pleasant. We enjoyed our time there.

We enjoyed the house and loved the location and access to the lake.

So close to he water. The water was beautiful and the cove was a great place to swim. Loved seeing deer in the area too.

This is a very comfortable home. We spent 5 days at the lake and loved the spaciousness of the house and the access to the lake. The private beach and cove was the highlight of our trip! Lots of water toys were available for our use.
The only drawback to the house are the multiple levels and steep path to the lake. If someone has bad knees or struggles on stairs, this is not the house for you.
Make sure to bring rubber-soled swim shoes!! The "beach" is all rocks. The swim shoes we brought were a game changer and allowed us to thoroughly enjoy the water!!!

This home is wonderful with lake access in the back yard the ping pong / pool table was nice too for evening family fun. Deer in the backyard you can watch while drinking your morning coffee on the deck. We will be back.

Really nice cabin, great views

The house was fully furnished and clean. The view was very good and has direct access to the lake. Amazing place for a family or friends get together in the eureka springs area. One thing though is the checkout times. If they offer flexible checkout time or usual 11 AM it may be better. 10 AM after new year night was little difficult for us but still overall we enjoyed the stay. The house is neatly maintained and would definitely stay again in future.

The listing is very clear. The location is very nice. The inside was clean. The internet at times inside would not work on the tv. The water for showers smelt weird and after three people showering there was no warm water and that was the kids showering within 20 minutes. For house that big I figured we would have had warm water longer. The yard has super tall grass even on the steps in some places. The porches had spider webs everywhere over the pool stuff and vest. So I just want to give a heads up to others. The inside was very nice and the outside views make it worth it. The water is so clear. So my family had a great time.

Part of our family drove from Texas to stay here for Thanksgiving since it was close to our grandson who goes to U of AR. We loved that it was rather secluded with beautiful trees and surroundings. The house size was perfect for the six of us with the older folks on main level, middle age ones on top level and teens on lower level. The house was clean and the internet was good. Check in was easy too.

This place was perfect for our family get together. My sister with her 2 children (ages 4 and 1) and our children (ages 9 and 4) loved the downstairs area full of toys. The walk down to the lake was easy going down and manageable going back up. We loved how close it is to the marina and were able to rent a boat and come and go to the house during the day for naps, lunch, and breaks.
We also appreciated the 3 different levels with the bedrooms on each level-no one keeping each other awake at night.
We definitely enjoyed this space and would love to return again in the future.

My family had a fantastic stay at Emerald Cove. The house is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Communication about check in and check out was great. It’s an easy walk down to the lake and the water is beautiful. Agree with other reviewers that kayaks not really usable. Would stay here again.

Stayed and had an awesome time! Did find a couple things that had not been tidied up from the previous people who stayed but the property was great!!!

Good communication. Early check in was appreciated. Kayaks unusable, fireplace ran out of propane

The house was nice and clean on the inside. Our only criticism was the outside area needed to be mowed and the decks cleaned, lots of spiderwebs. The house was perfect for 8 ladies. Not too far from town, shopping and restaurants. Great amenities. The lake cove is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great cove for fishing and swimming. House was pretty much as advertised.
Really need to fix kayaks or replace them if you advertise them, understand they get abused but had really bad Leaks in them.
Parking is very small, can barely park 3 cars.

Perfect spot to get away and relax with family. Plenty of room to spread out and come together. Comfortable accommodations and plenty to do in the game room and outside.
