There are two staircases, one to a double room and the other to the bathroom, with a shower over the bath, a twin room, and another double room. Both double bedrooms have access to the huge balcony, overlooking Leamington, which has lighting for those warm summer nights. Warwick town is only a 15 minutes drive, there you can find more bars, restaurants and of course Warwick Castle. The popular tourist town and the home of Shakespeare himself, Stratford Upon Avon is also only 30 minutes by car Due to the central location on the property parking is permit only and very limited. We have secured a permanent parking space approx. 5-10 minute walk from the property, which will allow you to leave your car without worry. Guests have access to the whole stunning property throughout their stay Please note: That these are very busy properties and may have signs of cosmetic wear and tear.
