We recently visited the charming town where ABAC is located to attend the family weekend. We were delighted to find that the location of our accommodation was ideal, being in close proximity to the school as well as various attractions like the agricultural museum and a diverse selection of dining establishments. The property boasted a generous backyard, which proved perfect for spending quality time with our children around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows. The owners of the property made an effort to reach out and ensure our needs were met, which added to our overall satisfaction with our stay. Given our positive experience, we will certainly consider staying here again in the future when school functions bring us back to the area.

Convenient to 1-75. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Comfy bed. Fenced backyard was a big bonus for those traveling with dogs.

Nice clean little house. More room and cheaper than the 2 hotel rooms we were contemplating. Very convenient to all the things in the area.

We look for simple modern decor, cleanliness, safety, and comfort in our stays and this little house had it all. We were in Tifton to do a little fishing. This house was conveniently located to restaurants and activities. Brian was a responsive and good communicator. It was a nice stay. Thank you.

Clean property with thoughtful touches by the owners. An exhaust fan and overhead bathroom light would be a nice addition. Close to E41 coffee which is always a great way to start the day!

Our family stopped for a short stay on the way to our vacation destination. Super close to the interstate and food options. Everything inside was tidy and prepared for guests. The only reason I gave 4 stars on cleanliness is I think the lawn could have been mowed. But that was a very minor thing. As we departed, my communication with the owner was quick, helpful and pleasant.

The property was as described! We enjoyed staying there as it was only 5 minutes from my son and his family! Better than staying in a hotel for sure!

Came to town for the Trail Ride in Enigma and stayed at this location. Quiet and just as described. You won’t be disappointed.

It is everything everyone said it is. The neighborhood is really nice and its quiet. Its very convenient to whatever you need in Tifton. The house is perfect for 3or 4 adults or adults and a couple of kids. It had everything you could need. The only suggestion our daughter had was a full length mirror in the smaller bedroom like the one in the bathroom so you could get ready at the same time. Everything about the check in process was percect and so easy. This was so much better than staying in the crowded nosiy hotel. Since we have family in the area I can see us staying here in the future. Thanks for a great weekend.

Very nice well kept small house. Very nice neighborhood and close to everything in tifton. The host accommodated our needs and was easy to get ahold of.

We had such a good time at this home. The neighbors were friendly, they thought we had moved in and were going to come over to welcome us to the neighborhood. The next door neighbors let us sit by the pond on their property. We loved the art and the decor. My Mom said it was just what she needed. So Thankful we picked this location.

Nothing fancy, but comfortable. The front steps could use a railing. Also, the front porch light wasn't working.

Bryan's home was a comfortable stay with a great location off of I-75. Our family of three and two pups were very satisfied with clean and spacious house.

Great 1950s block house, totally modernized on the inside with new furniture. New towels. Immaculate in terms of cleanliness. We only stayed one night passing through on a long car trip, so we didn't get to take advantage of all of the amenities, but there was a fully stocked kitchen, fire pit with wood in the backyard, three TVs with all the streamers. They had games and books, and we spent the night playing Phase 10. Really fun. Totally as advertised. Also highly recommend Taco Locoexican Grill just down the street. Great tacos and live outdoor music and a family atmosphere. Felt very safe and comfortable in the neighborhood. Very light sleepers should know that there is a train nearby that passes every few hours, but it never woke us up. At this price point I would definitely stay here again. Much better than renting two hotel rooms in a crowded hotel. Ideal for a family of four! Five stars, sincerely.
