The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a view of the lawn and orchard. One new pullout sofa bed is set in the den at the far end of the house and the other new pullout sofa bed is in the living room. Both are in front of more patio doors – leave them open at night to feel the breeze and smell the fresh sea air. The kitchen and large dining room are fully stocked with every appliance, pot, pan and dish you will need to accommodate your large gathering. But outdoors is where you will want to be! It is spectacular! Expansive, FLAT lawns surround this home. Perfect for games. Easy for walking or setting up your chairs to watch the lobster boats come and go.
