Garage will fit TWO vehicles but be mindful of height clearance. The property was very easy to find. The complex was quiet and beautifully landscaped. There were a couple of restaurants within east walking distance as well as a gas station with a small market for snacks and drinks. An attached double garage was greatly appreciated. As well as a washing machine and dryer. The owner left a small supply of laundry detergent which was appreciated for 2 small loads of clothes we desperately needed to wash from out visit to Newport Beach. The home is nicely decorated but I think a couple of end tables and lamps would be a nice touch since the overhead lighting was very bright in the evening. Kitchen was nicely supplied with essentials and the large freezer/refrigerator was nice to keep fresh snacks and drinks nice and cold. There was plenty of ice at all times. Since our traveling group was 4 adults separate bedrooms with en-suite bathroom was amazing. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable. The size of the condo was excellent we never felt crowded. During our stay we never heard noise from neighbors at ant time of day or night. If we come to this part of California again we will definitely look to rent this condo. Communication with the owner was excellent and thorough. Getting into the condo was easy and being able to enter through a secure garage was easy. All in all this condo met our expectations and was exactly what we needed.

We travelled with 2 couples and a fifth person with the intent of visiting Westminster to explore restaurants in the Vietnamese area. The layout of the rental was great for 3 couples because we each got our own room with on suite bathroom. The first floor and third floor rooms were above each other, providing great noise separation. The second floor bedroom was on the opposite side of the other 2 bedrooms. This provided a great deal of noise isolation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were pretty spacious with plenty of towels. The decor of the townhome was very elegant and modern. The decor and finishes are high end with granite countertops. The provided silverware, dishes, etc were very nice. There were a lot of nice things included that were beyond the normal hotel like amenities. This included things like foil, Saran wrap, salt, sugar, cooking oil, a first aid kit, a Keurig with some pods, a refillable kuerig cup and many more. We did not use a lot of these items, but I was very impressed that the host thoughtfully included them. We had 1 rental car, so the 2 car garage was plenty big for us. Instructions for entry, check-in, and checkout were easy to follow. The host maintained good communication leading up to our trip as well as during. It was a great stay, would definitely recommend.
