The hotel itself was nice. However, either when checking in or reading about the hotel services, it would be nice to know, that chances for eating at the hotel restaurant are slim, if you do not have a reservation. Also shocked at the fact that the hotel did not offer room service. So basically there is a big chance, that you can not get food at this hotel. Not something I can't work with, but would be nice to be informed.

The hotel is beautiful. The bar and the service is amazing. We had a view of Mt. Fuji -- gorgeous! I would stay here again. The only drawback, if the pool is important to you, it is not available in the morning.

Great view of the city. Convenient location near malls and plaza. The room is full of technology, great huge tv!!! Bed could be better, our bed had a big hole sink in the middle.

Solid 4/5 rating, with the positives for excellent customer service, eco-friendly amenities in the room such as no single-use shampoo and conditioner, convenient location within 5 min walk to Minatomirai station, ability to have facility hold luggage, and beautiful property. We booked a room with a microwave and laundry (super convenient with a child!!), though we wished for a bigger room. One of the cabinet doors broke off upon arrival into the room, which had almost landed on my daughter, but the staff addressed the issue right away. There were room amenities such as razors, toothbrushes, and others in the lobby area to help yourself. Room cleanliness was not the best, but we made best of the situation given our short stay. Given the location and service, I would consider another stay here in the near future, with hopes these improvements surrounding cleaner rooms and sturdier cabinet doors are made for safety.

It was my first time in Japan and I am so glad I stayed here. It was the perfect spot, and convenient location. Lots of dining and shopping options, and the train stations were within walking distance.

Beautiful modern hotel. About 10mins walk from the main train station. Room is relatively large for a Japanese hotel and was roomy enough to fit a family of 3 (2 adults and an 8 year old child sharing a large king bed),

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. It has an awesome hot tub and pool on the outside overlooking Yokohama. Our room had a beautiful view as well. Super clean and just luxurious feeling.

Outside of the beds being alittle hard, I loved the hotel. They are smaller and more intimate compared to American hotels which I liked. The heating and cooling as well as the lights and the alarm clock were all on one mechanism. The laundry facility is also a no brainer. Laundry detergent goes into the machine automatically, no need to add your own. The washing machine also dries the clothes and locks the door so Only the owner of the load can open it via passcode. I can’t wait to bring my family here!

Hotel is beautiful and clean. My handicapped room has no closet. The few tiny drawers were filled with glasswares and hotpot. Besides a few hangers on bars in the the hallway, My husband and I lived out of our suitcases. However, our friends’ regular room had a small closet along with with a washer/dryer.

The hotel was very clean. The room was a comfortable size and fit two people well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great view of the city that includes Mt Fuji if it is clear enough. The room was amazing and clean! The breakfast buffet is so good and really helps you get that energy you need for the day of adventure. The staff are very friendly.
The reason for my 3 stars is due to Expedia saying there is 13 pools at this property. There two pools and two hot tubs. I was disappointed and it is not the properties fault but expedia should fix the listing.

It was clean and stunning. The lobby and the front desk are on the 20th floor of the building then the rooms are higher above it.

Wonderful hotel in the middel of a big shopping/entertainment area.
