Beautiful hotel, with really nice rooms. I was especially pleased with Mr.Rahmoune’s welcome and Ismail. They were welcoming and attended to my needs. They definitely made my experience a memorable one. Thank you!

The sauna and showers at the spa were an extra cost which in five start hotels usually come with the gym access.

J’ai aimé la propreté de l’établissement, aussi les chambres étaient spacieuses. L’endroit était calme.

J’ai presque était victime de racisme dans cet établissement au dernier jour de mon voyage alors que je devais me rendre à l’académie du royaume. Un réceptionniste m’a fait vivre le calvaire en mentant qu’il avait appelé un taxi pour moi. Son but était de me faire traîner pour qu’à la dernière minute je loue le taxi de l’hôtel qui coutait 600 dirham. Alors que les taxis ordinaires me coûtaient moins de 100 dirham. Le mal ne résidait pas dans le prix mais dans la technique, l’approche . Pour moi c’était une arnaque et j’avoue que c’était dégoûtant . A cause de cette scène, je ne pense plus pouvoir retourner dans cet hôtel alors que je vais souvent au Maroc. Vu que l’hôtel est excentré, la meilleure approche aurait été de faciliter le déplacement des clients et non en faire un autre business qui ne vous avantage pas du tout. Dommage !

The staff was amazing; the entire staff, from the reception, to the restaurants, and to the car attendants! Awesome room, and super clean, with the staff coming in to clean twice a day! Will definitely stay there again!

The cost to use the hotel car to or from the airport, as well as to or from town, is way overpriced! In comparison, it is literally 10 times the cost of using a local taxi to get to these places. Please work on improving that! Also, not being a cat lover, a few stray cats roaming around made it a bit difficult to eat on the terrace enjoying the weather 🥲
