Disappointing due to the low standard of furnishings and decoration of the apartment number 1426.

The room furnishings were very old. The sofa was a joke... not comfortable at all. The chairs on the balcony were broken. There was nothing to clean the toilet with. The wash basin in the CR was cracked. The kitchen worktops were cracked.

The unit are spacious, beautifully designed, and fully furnished with modern appliances. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to shopping malls and restaurants.

Average, good for couples but don't book for large families.

The building is nice, the location is good. The apartments had most of the appliances required and were comfortable enough for multiple guests. One unit has a useful multi purpose power extension the rest were all two pin (flat). This was useful for plugging in devices from UK/Europe. The agent were very helpful with respect to building access cards but more on that also in what we didn't like. The location is good and the swimming pool, sauna and viewing deck are all very good. Good for single unit rental, small family or couples.

I would NOT recommend this for large families requiring multiple units. We had three units spread across different floors and elevators. This would not normally be abnormal issue except the building policy (not the agent) is that each unit gets one access card per unit which is NON-TRANSFERABLE even within your own family unit. Each card can only access that dedicated floor. While I understand the need for controls this makes like very difficult with large families, especially when spread out over multiple units and floors. The building security threaten to charge you if caught using a card without your photo on it (they did a few times with my family members), security aren't particularly nice. One even suggested my wife was a prostitute and needed to sign in when we returned to the building. Only one unit had multi-purpose power extensions. More difficult for plugging in devices from UK/Europe.

Towels given to us were old and looked a bit dirty; We booked for three but the bed is good only for two, that the other one used only a futton bed on the floor. The plastic chairs at the veranda needed to be checked because of their constant exposure to sun and rain, these are easily broken when used and might cause untoward accident.

First structure in neighborhood, current with spectacular view. Unit comfortable enough. Adjacent to cafes.

Security unnecessarily tight. More enjoyable if not so hands on with badging. Not a government facility. Also items relating to police found in room after i departed.

A very high floor with views. 5 star residential building. Prime location to major shopping precinct

Building lobby and size is impressive. Quiet area off Makati Ave. Close to bars and restaurants on Burgos St and to Rockwell Mall. Room was clean and everything was good. 55/F Floor was really a great spot to look towards the Bay Area. Instruction for WiFi great. Check in and out easy. 7-11 across the road etc.

No details were facilities were in the building. EG The Pool. Gym. Should have this in the room. No USB charging port for phone. But if you need to store your bag because of a late flight, problem where to store your bag. Ended up leaving it in the basement in a store room. Had to take the workers lift to B1.

The only good thing about this is the balcony..

Small roaches, room is filty, pillows not comfy, I have to be always with my family whenever they go down because apparently they are not allowed to use the ID card and I am not always in the mood to go down so that sucks. I had to cross the street for the grab food because they don't allow them near the place. No hot shower in the room we stayed.

Pleasant

The view was nice and the location.

- The bed was not comfortable. - The amenities and facilities were odd. For example, there was a hair dryer but the was not a power point in bathroom where the mirror exists! There was not any other mirror in the room. - The balcony could have been nicer. - You couldn't use the balcony because it was hot and wet due to the air-conditioning installed there.

unit was clean, comfortable with a nice view

we didn't like the check in. we were told a day before to send all necessary docs like id and vaccine card to authorize our stay in the unit.they informed us day before that everything is ready and we just need to get the key card in the reception, but when we arrived the concierge told us that the keycard is not there and they need to contact the host, we waited and it's alright but the security came up and told us that dogs are not allowed in the lobby, i was like oh i thought this place is pet friendly? and he said yes but not in the lobby. told him we were not informed and we are still waiting for the keycard to go up, and also they didn't provide us access card for pool & other amenities. we have to contact their staff to assist us to the pool area. thumbs up to the friendly staff who assist us.

Prime location but not recommended for big tall persons

We took.2 apartments 2622 and 3123 where 3122 is very small will not even fit two people ,may be short its for guys.ac is bad and cockroach .3123 shower was leaking and we checked out one day prior and booked a near by hotel garden....

I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Gracemary Recidency and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could want. Overall, I would highly recommend Gracemary Recidency to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Glad I chose this place

Came to visit at Jan 31 - Feb 3 with my fam and was totally amazed from the view The staff all seemed very friendly and polite all the way from the reception to the security and guards.. Everything was clean and organized with a relaxing atmosphere. The room was exactly as in the photos! The hotel offers a descent pool 36th floor with a great view to enjoy great for some awesome insta-shots as well. In the same floor you can relax at the sauna which wasn't as busy as I expected which is great. And right on the mext floor 37th the have the gym (which I never used :D ) Location is excellent to walk around and enjoy what that area of Makati has to offer nightlife, clubs, bars restaurants etc.. Overall everyone in the group was satisfied enough and willing to visit again!

Very disappointed!

We just like the location. Easy access to the malls in Makati, but other than that nothing else.

We booked for two nights but since we are so uncomfortable we opted to check out after one night. The room was such a disgrace. Very uncomfortable bed including the beddings it doesnt look clean. Kitchenware incomplete not the same as indicated in the things provided in the site. We had to buy towels pa because the towels provided looks so old and dirty. Even the couch, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. It was stated that there was a Futin Bed to be provided but what was there was a THIN comforter that doesnt even serve its purpose. Cacroaches were present too. Very disappointed that we didn't consume our staycation coz we are mire comfortable in our room at home. Now I know why no photos of the room were provided. Not a decent room to stay.
