Conditioner in room is loud

Is is the best-eqipped flat I have ever seen! He had all necessary things and even more, loads of towels, tea, coffee and perfect coffee-machine, all cutlery and crockery and more. There is even a safe and a drying machine. The location is nice, it is a little bit of pedestrian area, everything is green and clean. There is a little shop 5 minutes walk away, the bus stop is a 3 minute walk, and the big avenue with buses going everywhere is 8 minutes from the spot. I highly recommend the place for staying.
