Holes in the walls stained sheet and fighting among several residents

N/a very dirty and they are rude .
Very rude hotel staff. Hotel was very dirty. I requested a refund The hotel said they don’t offer refunds. However that was never stated from the start.

It was simple but ok.
The breakfast

Terrible, noisy, my bed was dirty also cigarette burned . Water was cold . Food was stale ! I hated every bit of it . Staff was rude and took forever to do anything and everything.

The room
They stated that breakfast is served there but there wasn’t breakfast only cereal, honey buns, milk and coffee. I was highly disappointed in the service. No batteries in the remote. No phone receiver for the phone to call them i had to constantly go down stairs for services, elevators were not working so i had to take the stairs which is not good for my hip replacement. Sheets on the bed were dirty.

Parking was convenient
I was told by staff there was no room service. I stayed 7 days and not once during the stay was my room cleaned or sheets changed. I was only given 2 towels and it was myself and my spouse. No breakfast in the mornings, just coffee was served. The room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke I requested a new room. Then thr new room still had a smoke stitch but not as bad as the first. Plus the air conditioner didn’t work.

Absolutely the grosses hotel I’ve rented. We didn’t even stay. There were stains all over sheets. Mold in beds. Gross yellow stuff in freezer. Wires hanging out of walls and running across floor. No shower curtain

I need to have a procedure done at Froedhert Hospital so the location was Ok.
Dirty old towels in the room,and when I try to call front counter the phone in the room didn't work. So I ask the person at the front desk to please replace the old towels for clean ones he end up giving us some more Dirty old towels.. By far one of the worst Hotels I ever stayed..don't recommend it..

There was no breakfast
It states there is a free continental breakfast but when we got here there is not one and when we complained that it is false advertisement they put a sign over the breakfast area that said no breakfast due to Covid ! And one of the night auditors (front desk agent ) is very rude

It was dirty old and nasty and the staff and rude and will harass you your whole stay a bunch of thugs with no uniforms on arguments between staff was crazy

They have up their Choice Hotel branding.... or maybe Choice pulled the licensing... had to ask for blankets as there wasn't any in the room.... janky wiring in room. Won't go back.
