Clean and Tidy house. Nice decor. Well presented for a house obviously used just as an Air BNB. Great for a quick stop over with kids. Nice having a bit of space with the kids compared to a hotel room.

House address is 12 but letter boxs on property are 12a alongside 12b and no #12. Took us a while to work out what house it was. Bathroom needs more places to hang towels. Double bed in room with one bed is short. House was freezing cold when we arrived in the evening. Gappy curtains letting cold in from outside through single glazed windows. Beds freezing with summer sheets. Blankets not winter weight and nothing warm enough provided in cupboards so kids slept in their oodies. Tv doesn't have normal tv channels. No plugs by beds, not even for lamps on nightstands. Wet windows in the morning, making whole house cold.

Comfortable house to relax in at the end of a busy day, just like home! Kids loved riding up and down the driveway on their scooters.

It wasn't dirty but it wasn't as clean as you'd expect if you stayed at a nice hotel.

The kitchen was okay.

The house did not look like the photos. It was not clean, especially the bathroom. There were light yellow stains in the shower. The shower drain was clogged so we always ended up standing in an ankle-deep puddle of water. We also found spiders and cockroach in the house.

The owners provided a lot of necessities, there is air conditioning in the living room and fans in the rooms so that you don't feel hot in summer. The owner has prepared basic seasoning, oil, and cooking utensils, so it's easy to cook your own meals. The house is clean and brightly decorated and the location is fantastic, with supermarkets and shopping centers within a few minutes drive. And the highway intersection is also very close.

There is no exhaust fan in the toilet.

The amount of beds, full kitchen, washing machine. Overall just a really good place that offered everything we needed.

The lawns were overgrown (which didn't matter inside the house) but with arriving at night, we were a bit concerned about what the inside was going to be like. There wasn't space for us to park at the back because the neighbour had their cars there and our vehicle was too big too get in there. There was plenty of room for us to park in the front yard though..
